This property is a spacious and modern 3-bedroom house located in a safe gated community in Houston, TX. It was just built in 2023, so everything is brand new and in pristine condition. The house features 2.5 bathrooms, one of which includes a relaxing bathtub for ultimate comfort. The living room includes a sofa bed, allowing for extra sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. The entire property is furnished with all-new appliances and furniture, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bedrooms are all designed with guests' comfort in mind and are tastefully decorated. Overall, this property offers ample space for guests to relax and enjoy their stay in Houston.
Guest access
We understand the importance of providing our guests with a complete and convenient stay, which is why in addition to the previously mentioned amenities, we also offer a hair dryer, iron, and ironing table. Guests can feel free to use the washing machine to launder their clothes, and we provide cloths cleaning stuff for added convenience. For those who prefer not to do their own laundry, we can also arrange for a professional laundry service upon request. In addition, we provide soap for the dishwasher, ensuring guests can easily clean up after themselves without any hassle. With all of these amenities, we strive to make our guests' stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible.

Secondly, we ask that guests respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone in the gated community. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction without any refund.

Thirdly, we have a strict no-smoking policy inside the house. Smoking is only allowed in the backyard and guests must properly dispose of all cigarette butts.

Lastly, please note that we are available 24/7 to assist with any questions or concerns you may have during your stay. We want to ensure that your time here is enjoyable and comfortable, and we are always happy to help in any way we can.
