"The bathroom light was so dimmed you couldn’t see very well in there. The top of the shower was peeling and it looked like it had not been cleaned. There was a line of white stuff on the shower and hair and sand on the tub. It looked like it had not been cleaned very well overall. The breakfast was good."

"The website indicates that the hotel provides shuttle service. I have stayed at MANY hotels at the airport and they all provide that. The difference it, THIS hotel does not offer 24-hour service and the website does not note that. I had to be at the airport at 4am but the shuttle did not run from 12am to 4:30 am so I had to pay forty dollars for an Uber. I was not a happy camper. There was a lady in line behind me that heard the conversation and was to be in the same boat I was in. I won't stay...

"Te employees had no control over the guest they were up all hours of the night screaming and partying. Our toilet broke and it took an hour for them to get it fixed in the middle of the night they never cleaned our room when I asked or brought an extra blanket everyone was friendly just need a better person running it. We left early because we didn’t want to stay anymore"

"I stayed here because I had flight delays and was stranded for the night. I think sleeping in the terminal would have been better than this! I found trash all over my room and the shower was so filthy it wasn’t even worth trying to use."

"I found a dead water beetle under the pillow of the room that was assigned to me. Further there was a condom wrapper on the side of the dresser. Upon my complaint, I was moved to a new room, and offered a $20 credit. The second room had water damage in the bathroom, and the front door didn't close all the way. The floors could have used a mop and were slightly sticky.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed given the cost of the rooms."
