"Our flight was canceled, along with many others- this was the first hotel on my list that wasn’t sold out, and the third or fourth one I tried. The shuttle was appreciated, even if the late night driver was a little gruff and treated the shuttle like a small sports car( Granny would not approve). Staff was friendly but could be more familiar with their computer systems, and the lobby/ dining area needed more attention, twice- they happily fixed issues when pointed out.
