"The room was great. The bathroom on the other hand was awful. The tub wouldn’t drain properly and the there were patches of hair on the ceiling in the tub. The wall in the bathroom were under construction. Curtain rod was coming off the wall and the faucet was as well falling out. Was pleased with the bedroom but the bathroom was awful."

"I took one star off this time for the staff because of the lady working around 2 am on Sunday morning. She tried to tell me I couldn't pay for late checkout and that late checkout on the weekends "wasn't a thing". I know this to be false because I have stayed here quite a bit and it's always on the weekend and I ALWAYS get late checkout. I immediately looked to see if they had rooms available and guess what, they did! So I went up to the front desk around 1030 am and asked for late checkout...
