"Beautiful property and nice shaded trees. The river was great to sit in and it was nice having Paonia only 5 minutes away. If Big B's is having live music next door, you will hear it, but it didn't bother me. George is very nice and a great host as well. Definitely will be coming back."

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was incredibly peaceful. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds while enjoying our morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was convenient and close to town. It was a relaxing and comfortable experience, and we would love to return."

"We really enjoyed our stay in southern Colorado at this rental property. One morning, we watched hummingbirds just outside the window, as we sat for breakfast! It was very charming, and a great value for the price. :)"

"Excellent location to visit Paonia/Hotchkiss and Black Canyon of the Gunnison national park. The views from most rooms and balcony out back are spectacular and secluded. House very comfortable and well appointed!Would definitely stay there again!"
