"Somehow the owner didn't get the notice to have the cleaned and ready for us. We stayed elsewhere the 1st day while the owner sent over the cleaning crew to do laundry and clean the property from the previous guest. We were compensated for the inconvenience, but it would have been better to have the house ready. The dryer was very loud sounded like construction site, I would recommend owner replace the dryer. I'd advise an upgrade to kitchen cooking items; there were limited pots/pans for...

"The home is beautiful, the family really enjoyed the pool. The trash bins were overflowing when we arrived. I contacted the host and the reply was "Bummer" no help. Wasp nest on patio, went and bought some spray as it took so long for someone to bring us one. There was NOT ONE POT HOLDER OR OVEN MITT at all on the premises. We searched high and low. The turntable in the microwave only works if it wants to, making it impossible to cook a bag of popcorn without it just burning. The trash...

"Listen, I want to start with for the most part, this house was lovely. What sold me was the fact they had king beds in all the rooms, bunk room for the kids, nice layout and amenities/cookware in the kitchen. But I feel it was combo or the management company and lack of upkeep from them or the owners. So, I’m just going to bullet my issues as we experienced the:*ran out of toilet paper and paper towels on the FIRST night because they barely gave us a quarter roll of everything with no backups....
