Når det er sagt er hotellet slidt badeværelser er 25 år gamle (der står dato hvornår de er installeret). Spisning her er hotellet eneste mulighed. Kurbadene er nøgenbadning og kun opdelt i herre og damer"

"Stayed for two nights. Aamazing service and free snacks and drinks. Hotel seems a bit outdated, and private onsen especially looked outdated. Also seems great if you are a family and less as a couple. Breakfast Buffet wasn’t in our taste, and didn’t seem very delicious. Few western choice that tasted well, but a lot of options if you are into the Japanese breakfast style. Location was great in Gora close to cable car and other good restaurants and coffee bar (coffee champ) "

"An amazing hotel indeed. The spa area is amazing and the massage chairs are great aswell. Really nice Big room. My shower didnt work so i could only do a full bath tub. Some of the staff was really nice - especially the cleaning Staff and the breakfast Staff. In the lobby it was very mixed. This one Young guy always looked like i was an idiot when i asked about directions or What to see in the area. Yeah that was Odd. The female Staff was very friendly though. I would recommend this hotel. "

"We booked this hotel to get a break from the Japanese city life, but we were quite disappointed. Looking at the pictures when we booked this room, they looked spacious and of newer date, with a private open hot spring - not exactly true to the real deal. When opening the door to the room, we were met with an awful odor, best described as a mix of filth and enclosed dirty moist laundry. The futons were nice though, but the open air hot spring is not open air. It is just a tub that does not get...

"the service was very good. nice big rooms, whit large beds and a sofa. very good location by the lake, and a breathtaking view. there is not much to do in the evnings, but that is typical for the whole Hakone area. good for relaxing"

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was polite, courteous and accommodating. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price. The hotel was in a great location; walking distance to the train station, restaurants, retail shopping stores and a full service grocery store."
