Besides minimal damage to the furniture the house was in good condition. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was we had to pay 40 dollars extra to use the grill. The location was convenient for quick pick-ups at the store as well as a day at Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk."

"My family and i stayed here for a long weekend and wished we could have stayed longer. The house was very clean and spacious. This property has everything and then more. The outside pool area was where we spent most of our time but tje family tv room and pool table was a very nice bonus ss well. Check in and check out was super easy and the owners were very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this property. "

"Great place to stay prior to go going on cruise. It was nice to relax in the pool and to hang out in the living area instead of getting a hotel. The host was pleasant and accommodating. Definitely recommend!"

"House was beautiful in a convenient location. Nice layout. Everything is as pictured. Host was responsive. Really enjoyed seeing the sunrise each morning. View from backyard is amazing. Would definitely stay again when in the area. "

"The house was very spacious, and included everything you need except person items. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood and so close to a wide variety of thing to do. "

"The home was exactly what was described on the listing. The rooms were big and comfy for the family. All amenities like the beach, grocery store, casino, airport were all 10-15 mins away. The location was in the center of all areas that’s important to a person. The neighbors were nice and my kiddos were talking to neighbors who distributed fresh mangos to the family. Property manager was very active, anything I needed response within 30 mins-1Hr. When returning to Miami yes I will choose this...

"Wonderful property and location! Lovely, luxury beach house on a quiet stretch of North Hollywood Beach. We were delighted by every detail and felt so welcomed and attended to during our romantic weekend getaway. Immaculately clean, every beach accessory you could want, and so relaxing and peaceful. "ac did not work, trim all banged up, kind of dirty flooring made our bare feet black. duck tape on the pipe to fix leak i guess, on the toilet in master bath. A lot of lights did not work on the fence lighting. Hot tub make my eyes burn with chemicals way to high so we did not use. Exterminator CAME IN HOME at 9am after ringing doorbell????? That's not even close to acceptable. Will probability stay somewhere else next time."

"Vi havde bestilt en suite med køkken. Vi havde lagt budget, til vores 14 dages ferie at vi selv kunne lave mad. Men køkkenet var kun udstyret med køl og fryseskab, en mikrobølge ovn, papkrus og pap tallerkener. Ingen former for betik. Eller udstyr til at lave mad. Så vores ferie blev markant dyrere da vi skulle spise ude ved alle måltider. Der var vaskemaskine og tørretumbler på værelset, hvilket var dejligt. Men vi havde intet at hænge vasketøjet op på. Det er jo ikke alt der kan komme i vaskemaskinen. Jeg har intet at klage over værelset eller faciliteterne. Det var rigtig fint og godt. "

"Lækkert hotel med gode p pladser, pool og spabad. Det var rent og servicen var i top! Super søde og man kunne få maden med op på værelset. Der var 2 restauranter. Er du i tvivl om morgenmad? Så bestil det, de laver det frisk og man vælger selv fra menukort. Eneste mini var lavt tryk på bruseren ellers kan vi virkelig ikke klage over noget som helst. Du skal have bil da området er udenfor byen."
