Heat was out on main floor.. 28 degrees outside. Dog hair all under living room furniture, on sheets in one of the beds and all over one of the blankets in the closet that we tried to use. TV in main living room did not work, several lamps as well as overhead stove light had burned out bulbs. Porch lights at front door were very dim so that we had to use our phone flashlights to see keypad at night and to see how to get up and down handicap ramp. Curtains in downstairs bedroom were about 8” too short so no privacy from the outside. Bathrooms seemed clean, but carpet on stairway to lower level was very stained Heat was fixed the next day, but spent one chilly night with no heat on main floor. After contacting management company Thousand Hills about our dissapointmrnt with the property, I was offered 20% off another stay. Although I do appreciate the offer, this would not benefit the girls who paid for this trip.Dissatisfied guest..Carol

Curtains short and did not cover window in bedroom

Hard to see, but this extra blanket we took out of closet was covered with white dog hair…

We love this house. We are a family of 14 with children and dogs. This home has EVERYTHING we need. Fully equipped kitchens, safe, comfortable bedrooms and extra games for the kids. EVERYTHING is perfect.

The house was comfortable but guests should be ready to walk some very steep slopes to enjoy any “on-property” amenities.There was a strange issue with the ceiling fan lights in the two bedrooms on the main level (saw that in another review) where the lights were controlled by either room’s switch. The real problem was we couldn’t use the ceiling fan without the lights being weird. The last night we were there the ceiling fan lights in both rooms flashed off and on until we gave up and turned one fan completely off. That was very frustrating (and I have Video).The game room was lackluster at best. There was a card table and poker chips (no cards) a foosball table and an incomplete set of dominoes. We also discovered if you want to play pickleball you need to pack your own gear or drive 20 minutes into town to check some out at the office.Family room seating seemed reversed. The main level family room was smaller than the lower level but the tv screen in the main level was much larger than the lower (bigger room with more seating) level.On a very positive note you can see some very beautiful sunrises over the mountain tops and across the lake. All-in-all our family (14 of us) enjoyed the property and had a great time.

Stairwell carpets were terrible dirty! It’s difficult to see in the photos but the stains and dirt were bad. Some bathroom walls and floors behind the toilets were dirty, Found a cigarette butt and small food particles on rug under the dining table. There were not hair dryers in each bathroom and the soap, shampoo and creme rinse were very small like samples. We did not bring these items due to it being stated that these items were included. Very inconvenient.The house in itself was nice and well arranged! There was lots of seating on the lower level for our group of 9 but we were limited on the main floor. Again, for 6 bedrooms sleeping more than 12 people, would have appreciated additional seating being available. The fan in the master bedroom did not work so we called to have it repaired but no one called back or came to repair it. The light switches in the same bedroom turned on the lights in the bedroom across the hall which was a problem for those sleeping in the two main level bedrooms. Since no one came to fix the fan, we decided not to take our fun time to communicate any further. The tracks of the sliding glass doors were also very dirty which is picture #4. I also, want to change my selection for communication to #2. Text messages were good bur phone communications were poor!I know we won’t be recommending this house to anyone else. We felt like things were poorly handled!
