"The perfect place to stay for a girls weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the large kitchen and back patio. The view of the river was gorgeous. We used the games in the game closet. We were impressed there was an instant pot, and we used it. Plenty of supplies. I really liked the text communication with the property manager. They were very nice, helpful, and responded quickly when I reached out. We plan to stay here again! "

"Great house with a Fantastic setup. Good pool and hot tub. Fully equipped. All rooms were in great shape. House is pretty new construction "

"House was as advertised. Cindy was great at communicating with us. We had 18 people and never felt crowded. The rooms were spacious and the bedrooms downstairs were awesome for parents with small children. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was great when taking showers. Great house, great location and a great value for the price. "

"We booked the space to hold our friends and us for a wedding weekend and it was such an amazing time! With the exception of a few dirty dishes and some bugs/spiders (neither bothered us) to start it was everything as expected and such a beautiful experience with an even better view."

The home is in a great location - a few minutes from the Marina and a quick drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and Branson attractions."

"The property was adequate for our particular needs. If a group with a bunch of teens was looking to book, 1 or 2 rooms with bunk beds might be a better fit. We had sets of families which were able to share a bedroom. The games provided were well received by the young ones. The location was more than adequate for the attractions in the area. Moonshine Beach is always an attraction for our group. Unfortunately, the beach was closed at this time due to high water. The stay was enjoyable. "

The property had plenty of room for our large family with three generations including grandparents (70’s), children and spouses (40’s) and grandchildren (7 to 14 years). The kids loved the two pools and the slide at the outdoor pool. The bunk bed rooms were a big hit.The owner and property manager were very responsive when we discovered the stovetop was cracked upon our arrival on a Sunday. It was replaced the next day.Clean rooms, all necessities...

"Property and location were great. House was perfect for our 2 family group. House was equipped with everything we needed. Clean and like new. Barbecue grill needs replaced but was useable. That was the only issue of any kind. We would definitely stay in same place again in future. "

"Everyone loved the stay, rooms where plenty big enough. The location was in a good spot. Everyone loved the pool. I would like the back deck cleaned of grill drippings, carpet needs to be shampooed"

"Our party consisted of 6 adults and 3 children ages 2,3 and 4.There was plenty of room for everyone. The host was very responsive to all questions. Check in was simple. The house was clean and well equipped. There are two pools that that the kids enjoyed. Lots of places outside for the kids to explore.We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area."
