"If you need a nice clean place to stay while in Branson that is on the cheaper side, I recommend staying here. Very clean, great price. The only thing I would say negative at all is that it needs updated a little."

"Property was nice..rooms could have been cleaner. Stuff was on the carpet..$15 parking fee per day is ridiculous."

"Property was clean and exactly as stated. Nice and quiet away from the hustle of Branson but close enough to do everything we wanted."

"It was perfect in all honesty. We truly enjoyed the location and the amenities"

"The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy"

"This was our tenth stay at this property. Needless to say, we enjoy staying here. It as a hot tub and privacy that we enjoy. The proprietors are close but not intrusive. We love everything about this property! It even has a carport for our car! We like to bring our meals with us and not have to have the expense of eating out. There is Walmart and Aldis within a short drive and it is very handy. Thanks to Richard and Bambi for another nice stay!"

"Very clean, nice condo! Great price too! And close to The Landing and downtown. They even have a box fan so you don't have to bring one. Nice added touch. We'll be returning here."
