"Good location for my one night stay NYE for a show at Terra Fermata. Only negatives are a few small cleaning issues. Place smelled of cigarettes, random food items in fridge, and hot tub had lots of sand in it visible by just opening the lid. The shower also has a rain head mounted on the wall so the water just trickles down the face of the shower head and the bath towels are closer to shop rags. "

Perfect location for walking to all things in downtown Jensen. Very responsive hosts; immediately resolved a maintenance request. "Bobby is a great host very accommodating and quick to respond. The house was exactly what we had hoped for fully stocked with essentials and very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Also, the home is very well decorated and has a really nice backyard and Florida room for relaxing. Close to beaches for convenience, but you may want to bring beach towels, as there are only 2 at the house. Beach chairs, boogie board, skim board, beach umbrella and sand toys made the beach so much more fun...

"What a funhouse! Beautifully decorated home was very fun and family friendly. Great location with easy access to all the great locations. Bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. Great AC. Pool area is large with a beautiful outdoor kitchen. All the comforts of home were available. Will receive this property to friends! Thank you Tyler and Tate for being great hosts!"
