Summary:
Comfy, sunny 2-bedroom holiday apartment offers great accommodation in the heart of Sandy Bay. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s just a short stroll to the Sandy Bay strip with a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The property is also conveniently located near the University, public transport, the Casino, Hobart CBD, and Salamanca, making it the perfect base for exploring the area.

The Space:
Situated on the easy to access mid-level provides both security and views. This light filled apartment has recently been upgraded with newly installed crisp white kitchen with timber benchtops, plenty of cupboard space, a deep kitchen sink and new appliances. The bedrooms and living area are stylish and comfortable with quality new fit – out including all new flooring, furniture and fittings plus it’s freshly painted.
Water glimpses of the River Derwent can be captured from both bedrooms.
Easy access to the private balcony is via a glass sliding door where you can sit, relax and take in the surrounding views.
The apartment is in a small complex, so you are in a pleasant location surrounded by trees and the sky.

The apartment is complete with its own designated carport, free WiFi through NBN plus Electric heating and fans to keep you cosy in winter and cool in Summer

The Neighborhood:
Just moments to the Sandy Bay shops where you will find specialty shops, a large selection of coffee shops and eateries and 2 supermarkets. A little further (less than 5 minutes in the car) you will be in Salamanca and the wharf precinct

Getting Around:
Having a car in Hobart is always advantageous, but if not available, there's a consistent bus service along Sandy Bay Road that travels to the City Centre.

This was a nice little apartment. The second bedroom was really very small with no wardrobe or drawers. You would struggle with two people and big suitcases. The bathroom is small also. The location is good in Sandy Bay. There is an extra 35 non refundable waiver which is extra on top of the advertised fee.

This was a great base to explore Hobart. Only a short drive or scooter ride to the city, or you could walk. Lovely views of the water and you can see Mt Wgtn from the balcony. It's light and nicely renovated inside. Kitchen worked well. The second bedroom would be best for just one person. It was quite small for our 2 adult children- hardly enough room to fit their suitcases on the floor.

We have stayed in a number of different accommodations throughout our visit to Tasmania, and the beds in this house were definitely the most comfortable. We slept so well. The location suited us, as it had great views of the harbour and Mt Wellington, was close to our friends, but also close to shops and a nice walk in to town. I did resent having to pay the extra damage waiver and give my information to a thrid party. Surely owners have insurance through the booking platforms as well as their own home and contents insurance. I should also have read the listing more carefully.

Perfect base for a mother/daughter stay in Tasmania. Quiet, leafy location with awesome views of Sandy Bay & Kunanyi - we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Close proximity to Battery Point and Hobart and a great a base to tour the south-west of Tasmania.

This is a beautifully renovated unit in a very convenient location. It housed my family of four two children aged 6 & 5 very comfortably, it was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the views from the bedrooms were lovely. The location was great, we were able to comfortably walk to the local Sandy Bay shops with the kids and take a simple drive to Salamanca and Battery Point. Ignore the old orange brick apartment block exterior and stairs to get in, this is still a quality place to stay and reasonably priced, great for young families.
