Fuldt tilfreds.
Super fin beliggenhed til forskellige oplevelser. Også super fin service med alt hvad man kunne ønske sig. Dejlig morgenmad og en velassorteret afternoon tea. Herlig pool. Værelset ganske fint men en gang hovedrengøring ville hjælpe på vægge og træværk. Summa summarum et sted man gerne kommer igen.

Perfekt beliggenhed - ikke alle værelser ok
Hotellet er beskrevet som havende VIP access med bl.a. tidligere indtjek, hvis muligt. Vores værelser var klar ved ankomst, men de bad om 20% af værelsesprisen for at give os det to timer før tid. Sagde de ikke kunne se, at jeg var guldmedlem, da jeg senere spurgte dem. Havde booket to Bonard-suiter som iflg. beskrivelsen skulle være 40 kvm. Det ene værelse ok, men nok kun 30 kvm inkl. balkon. Det andet var L-formet udenom en elevator. Man kom ind i en gang i hele værelsets længde med bad, toilet og klædeskab langs den ene side. For enden af denne gang ved vinduet gik man til højre ind i et lille rum med væg til tre sider. Her stod sengen i hjørnet, og med 20-25 cm på hver side af sengen til de to andre sider. Vi havde ud fra billeder specifikt spurgt om værelser på 7.etage, hvor der skulle være stor balkon med badekar samt bord og stole. På dette værelses balkon var badekarret presset ned uden plads udenom og uden plads til så meget som en enkelt stol. Vi bad om et andet værelse og fik efter yderligere 2 timer et i lavere standard, hvor man kun kunne bade ved at sidde ned i badekarret. Fik dog sen udtjekning på sidstedagen samt lufthavnstransport som kompensation, men ville hellere have haft et ordentligt værelse. Ellers ok hotel, med hyggelig eftermiddagste venligt personale og perfekt beliggenhed. Der manglede dog frisk frugt til morgenmaden, og efter halvni-ni var udvalget af frugt nærmest ikke-eksisterende. Det hjalp heller ikke at spørge efter det, der fik man nej.

Of all the places we stayed in Vietnam, this was my least liked. They had many rules at this hotel and many dos and don’ts. Breakfast was very average. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Centrally located, too clise to the "adult" part of the district for comfort Pool is relativelly small and long chairs are usually taken out Bathroom would need some better maintenance. Bathtub had a egg smell when used thet jets (on off button was malfunctioning) Shower is on the tiny balcony, not great at all Managed to get a cockroach once in the bathroom (very unpleasant) Breakfast is good Service is OK, but will try to convince you to not use your expedia upgrade - not very pro There are better options, specially in this price range. Quality/price ratio not fantastic

The property was lovely very clean and the rooms were spacious close waking distance to everything. The only downside was the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. They organised a SIM card for me which was great whilst in Ho Chi Minh but did not work anywhere else in Vietnam. They also charged $5usd for a plastic room key they never gave me. Such a shame such a beautiful property is lacking the service it deserves

The only problem of the hotel was the shower. No matter what we did the water would leak outside.

My recent stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was superb, offering easy access to [city landmarks], the overall experience left something to be desired. Firstly, the staff members were generally average, with the exception of Robert at the front desk. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist stood out in contrast to the rest of the team. However, one major disappointment was the breakfast options. The selection was poor and very limited, lacking variety and freshness. For a hotel aiming to provide a satisfying start to the day, this was a significant letdown. Regrettably, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again in the future.

The staff is wonderful. We especially found Robert and Tammy to be superstars! Friendly, helpful and efficient. The beds are firm and we loved it. The area around this hotel is very walkable and it is safe. What we didn’t like: The room we stayed in for one night was very noisy (street front) and it had a weird smell (room 202). We asked for another room and was moved to another room.

I would prefer if everything was priced in VND. Pricing in US dollars means I’m paying exchange twice when I pay in CAD on a credit card. Everything was very nice. Breakfast, afternoon tea , etc. Weirdly, toilet paper holder in our room was virtually inaccessible if you were on the toilet. Quite minor but irritating

Clean hotel with friendly staff within the tourist centre of HCMC. Easy walking distance to multiple key sites including the war remnants museum and Ben Thanh museum. Staff are very welcoming and eager to help. Good breakfast and afternoon tea buffet options. Thank you for having us!

Au Lac Charner is in a great location with wonderful views. Breakfast was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is a bit small but good enough to cool down after a busy day. Our only complaint would be that there are no handrails to get into the pool and also no hand rails at the entrance to the hotel. Otherwise - perfect!

De ligging is echt super. Naast een van de hoogste toren in HCM en ook op loopafstand van promenade due leidt naar stadhuis. Hotel is heel knus, kamer was prima met een groot bad en douche. Toilet met alle moderne snufjes. Zoals overal in Vietnam zijn de mensen heeeeel lief en vrolijk. Boeken waard helemaal wat ligging betreft
