"So the reason we booked, the hotel was for the heated pool which wasn’t heated so we went downstairs to talk to the lady behind the counter. She wasn’t no help and didn’t have nobody to help us with the heated pool either so we get back into our room, the AC is not working properly. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work so we go back downstairs to talk to the same lady and she tells us that we can’t connect our video game console to the Wi-Fi, which is not true. "This is the place to stay for a family! This was my first time staying at a Drury location and honestly if there is a Drury location in any town I visit....I will not stay anywhere else but a Drury!
