"Room and resort was amazing. Seaweed was little rough this year. The only thing that could improve of the resort is the food in buffet. Other than that everything was amazing."

"It was our second time staying here! Really nice resort, however the rooms could be a bit better, especially the bathrooms! Unfortunately it did make us a little uncomfortable at times. Staff were fantastic and very friendly and helpful. Food was great as well, we loved the variety! Beach was beautiful, though the seaweed became a problem later on during our stay, but the staff did everything they could to mitigate it. The time of year just poses a problem for seaweed so there was nothing anyone...

"Great place and super staff. Food good and all places had super great service. Need to rebuild the pool at castle as no skimmer and part of decking in the water. So oil and dirt on surface. Other pools were great. Of course the algae issues, not the fault of the hotel. Again the people and staff could not have been better. All really nice and helpful."

"The rooms were a little worn but comfortable. Even on the 12th floor you could hear the noise from the highway so if you're sensitive to noise make sure to bring earplugs. Staff at parking lot, pool bar very friendly. Staff at breakfast service could improve, quite unwelcoming. Also there were guests at breakfast watching videos on their cellphone at full volume disturbing others - no one of the staff seemed to be interested. The breakfast itself was good."
