"We had coordinated an early check-in, but when we arrived, the house hadn’t been cleaned yet which was a miscommunication. I reached out to Catherine and she promptly responded and got the cleaners RIGHT over. The house was spotless and in wonderful condition for the rest of our stay, and it was dealt with very quickly and wonderfully. Would definitely stay again. The house was great for our girls trip. Also the beds are very comfortable!! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hancock Village Inn! This is the perfect place for a large group to come together all in one home. Plenty of comfortable beds, space to hang out, a large hot tub, and a big kitchen to cook in. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The surrounding area is stunning, and the inn is well located near lots of attractions. Everything was smooth with the hosts, they were very nice and communicative! Walkable to village of Stockbridge which was great. Host provided excellent recommendations on local attractions especially valuable on dreary weather.
