All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. Absolutely perfect walking distance to the park/Coligny beach. We had our 1 year old and he loved visiting the park, Sandbox Children’s Museum, and the Splash pad! Would recommend if convince is priority!

A Standard Stay

The location and cleanliness of the condo were great and the extras that are given at check-in are very thoughtful. I rarely review places however I must echo the previous review that mentioned strong musty odor. More than a scent but made me really concerned about condensation/potential mold issues. If you are on-the go or this doesn't bother you then the place may do you well as its affordable and provides amenities.

3 nights during Easter vacation

Location was fine. Patio was nice. Master bedroom was fine. Unfortunately unable to have hot water in the bathroom sink due to how the faucet handles were placed. Only hot water was in shower. In half bath toilet seat was loose. Called and someone came to repair that very day but it was not correctly fixed. Also the light at the front door didn’t work. So I would rate it as ok.

Convenient nicely decorated condo

The patio is the best part of this place. With it’s privacy and tropical lushness you are drawn outside to enjoy it. Thats a good thing because the smell of this unit needs to be dealt with. If you are sensitive to mold, dank, overpowering musty smells you wont be able to stand it here. Unless you do laundry and take it right to your car you will bring it home with you. Owner should remove that carpet and then air it out as much as possible. Location is wonderful and decor very cute.

Great location

We really enjoyed the villa. Check in was easy and the villa was clean and well stocked with essentials. The location was a quick bike ride or walk to the beach and other locations. The beach chairs and wagon provided by the host was a nice bonus. We especially loved the privacy of the outdoor courtyard, with easy access to the pool at the complex. We would book this villa again in the future.

Beautiful condo

The condo was nice and quaint with a beautiful oasis backyard, super close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed for the stay. My only complaint was the carpet in the living room felt grimy and I felt like I needed to wash the dishes before using (which i usually do anyway, anywhere we stay), but for good reason as some of the silverware looked dirty and there was lipstick on a mug in the cupboard. There was also sand in the dryer. We were there for a week so I just cleaned everything before we used it, which kind of sucks since we are paying cleaning fees. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay and the location.

Great location, with its own oasis

The pictures don’t begin to do it justice. It is first and foremost a spacious and well kept condo, wonderfully located to plenty of shopping and restaurants. But our favorite part was how great the back patio/courtyard is. Wonderful shade from the trees, plenty of seating, a grill with enough space to feed a family of 4, and a fountain! We spent so much more time hanging out at home than we normally do on vacation, simply because it was such a great place to relax. Thanks for hosting us, we look forward to a return trip someday.

Fall getaway

Property was clean, everything operating properly and functional. Attractive "beachy" decor. Late October was a beautiful time to visit HHI. First time we've been there this time of year. Weather was wonderful, fewer crowds and traffic. We'll be back!

Good location and setup

We enjoyed the property that we booked earlier in the year to celebrate our anniversary. The location is fantastic to get to the beach along with restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza. The master bedroom is nice size along with the open concept living room, kitchen and dining room. We would book again if we make a trip back to Hilton Head.

Great get-a-way

This unit was as advertised. It was clean and well kept. We did have an issue with the cable box, but it was resolved. The property manager was very responsive. It was a short walk to Coligny Plaza and the beach, but still quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed a long-weekend stay, and would stay here again.

Lovey location

This was the perfect spot to enjoy the month of February. Everything you need is within walking distance. The beach is just a short 10 minute walk away. The condo is cozy & comfortable with a large, gorgeous patio. The water fountain on the patio was the finishing touch to peace and tranquillity.

Great location

The condo was in a great location. It was close to restaurants and shopping. The beach was a 10 minute walk. The pool was ok. The upstairs was a great bonus. The teens were asleep and I could make coffee and not disturb them. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The only problems we had was the water was shut off on the property without communication. A heads up would have been nice. I emailed the site and never got a response. The jets in the tub didn't work. Outside of that, everything else was great.

Excellent experience. No drawbacks whatsoever. Great central location to everything, spacious and within steps of the pool. Front and back courtyards are convenient to store beach belongings. I would definitely come back.

#35 Villa

A better vacuuming job could have been done . There was popcorn visible under the sectional. The area near the sliding courtyard doors had debris and dead bugs on the floor. The area behind the chair near those doors had a lot of loose debris also. I wish the fact that there were stairs leading to the bedrooms had been mentioned.

Great location and condo! Needs a little TLC.

The check-in process and location of the condo were both great! All in all, we had a great week full of memories and fun. The pool, laundry, dishwasher, streaming services, proximity to the beach & Coligny were all bonuses. The condo left a little to be desired, but worked for our needs for the week. The beds were pretty comfortable, although I wish there were extra pillows available (only one per person on each bed). Luckily, we only had 3 people, so I was able to snag another from the 4th bed. The condo is a little older, which would not have been a problem, but there were a few things that would be nice updates, such as the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom (jets were not clean) and the carpet throughout. The top floor where the bedrooms are was very hot when we checked in but the ceiling fans helped a lot. Also, my three year old found an aspirin under one of the beds from a past guest, which we luckily intercepted from her before she ate it. We were also really excited about the outdoor patio, but it was overgrown with weeds and a lot of the furniture was rusted and worn, so we really only used it once. I really wanted to love this condo, but it was not as nice as I had expected. I think with a little more care and attention to detail, it could be perfect!

We had a great time in Hilton Head. We had a little maintenance issue that was handled immediately. Management was very responsive, and friendly. The villa was exactly described. We will definitely look at staying here in the future when we visit the island again

Spring Break Getaway

Spotlessly clean property! Furniture was very comfy, lots of places to chill and read. The king bed was amazingly comfortable. Loved the back private outdoor patio. The grounds and pool were very well kept. The groundskeeper even took the time to show my girls a baby turtle he saved from the pool. Made their day! Beach was just a bike ride away and the new celebration park was awesome and a short walk away! Loved that there were beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, and loads of books and games. Even though Hilton Head was quite busy over spring break we were able to find enough private and open air places to feel safe. I would recommend bringing some condiments like salt, pepper, sugar. Some Dunkin’ k-cups but everything else you need to bring. Can’t wait to return next year!

Perfect Spot!

This property was in the perfect spot on the island. In the middle of everything at Coligny Square. Definitely recommend getting bikes but walking to the beach is 2 blocks. We will be back to HHI!!!
