Updated Luxury 3 BR Xanadu Near the Beach Bikes & Beach Gear included

Wonderful luxury updated 3 BR Xanadu just across the street from the beach. Spectacular updated kitchen and baths. All new LVP flooring with new paint, new stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and new Silestone countertops. What a decorators dream. New furniture and new beds adorn the living room and the bedrooms. High vanities, new cabinets and new granite tops in the bathrooms. Living room is open and sunny with the extra window on being an end condo. Large deck overlooking the lagoon is off the living room. Kitchen, dining area and living room are open so you get more room to relax. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite full bath and deck right off the master bedroom. The first guest room has a queen bed with a full bath right across the hall. The second guest room has a bunk bed with two double beds. Condo comfortably sleeps 8 people. Xanadu offers free tennis and has a community pool too. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay.

Forest Beach is a great location to be on Hilton Head. You have easy access to the beaches, just across the street. There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants located in the Coligny shopping area. You can enjoy breakfast at Skillets or Plantation Deli, pizza at New York City Pizza or dinner at Big Bamboo. Big Bamboo has live entertainment and a great bar area. The Town of Hilton Head has developed a beautiful town park with a huge grass area to picnic in or enjoy the huge Pirate Ship playground, just off Pope Avenue. All this within a minute or two of Xanadu. Miles of bike paths are just in front of the condo on Forest Beach road.

Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Xanadu. The layout was good for our family and our teens enjoyed the double bunk beds. We did a fair bit of cooking in the kitchen and the only complaint would be the small kitchen sink making it difficult to wash pans without getting water all over the counter. We used the laundry in the hall which turned out being nice. There is one on every floor, so its very close to the apartment. If you plan to use it bring four quarters for each cycle ($2 for wash/dry of one load). We enjoyed the pool and the area around the pool and path to the tennis courts had a nice feel to it with palm trees, a moat, and fountains. No regrets on this stay for us.

I had a great time

Great family getaway

Great spot to stay with the family near the beach in Hilton Head. Updated, clean, and an easy walk to everything including the beach!

Great Location!

The condo was in a great location, convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach. There was a bike rental place right outside the entrance which made it so easy to rent bikes. The condo was a little dirty when we got there, and we did spend some time cleaning things like the dried food in the dishes, and sand in beds. The sink was very tiny for a 3 bedroom condo that can sleep 8, it was more like a bar sink, but the dishwater helped with the dishes and ran fine. Overall, the experience was great and we loved the location, we would stay again!!

Absolutely beautiful unit. Excellent location, only issue was that we only got 2 fobs to get into the building for 7 adults. This led to some issues, should only need a fob to get into parking lot. Make the building entry a code like the unit, and a coded entry for the small gate for bikes. Otherwise a great place, I would come back again. .

First time on HHI

Fantastic location - right off S. Forest Beach. Close to food - shopping - and of course, the beach. Property was well secured via gate entry. Easy checkin and checkout process. ONLY issue was the AC was a little lagging in pumping out cool air to help with humidity, etc. Spoke with management and they were working on it upon our departure. Would definitely stay again!!!
