Great house and location! This house was even better in person than what the pictures show and the pool was perfect and beach was very private. These hosts really provide so many amenities which those that travel with young children will especially appreciate. We try to come to HHI every year and will likely book here again as it really did exceed our expectations. The hosts also communicate often and respond quickly. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Folly Field Dreams was awesome! The hosts were super easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and tidy. Everything was in order. The house, the pool, it was all just perfect for our family. We didn’t have to look far for anything we needed in the kitchen! Our grandkids loved the pool of course and the games and books as well. With a 6 and 3 year old, the proximity to the beach and the private gate access made the day so much easier! We certainly plan to return.

Beautiful House clean and well cared for

We loved everything about the house. The pool was great and the kids just loved having their own pool. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the path to the beach but I am not in good physical condition and struggled a little bit butI would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Property

House was clean, recently remodeled, and well appointed with a short 5 minute walk to private beach. Close to nearby restaurants, as well. The yard was great for pets and the pool and outdoor seating options made for easy relaxing on the property. Owner was very accommodating and we would definitely go back.

Wonderful beach house!

The house was great for our family of multiple generations. We loved having a pool for the little ones to use and the walk to the beach is so easy. The house had everything we needed, plenty of towels, well-stocked kitchen, space to spread out.

Family Vacation

This place was perfect for our family!! The location was lovely, private beach access was a huge plus and the pool was exactly what we needed with three kids. The house was clean and comfortable, setting the perfect vibe for our getaway. It provided great space to come together and play games as a family and plenty of space to spread out, letting everyone find there own quiet area. The hosts were amazing and communicative, every thing was exactly as described. If we go back to HH we would certainly stay here again.

Nice Property Conveniently located.

This is a very nice house located close to the beach with a private access only for owners or guests in the community. The communication from the owner was outstanding. She seemed to want everything to be just perfect for our stay. The house itself is very nice and is nicely furnished with many features including a pool. There are beach chairs, towels and lots of toys for the young ones. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is spacious and well appointed with many accoutrements. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this rental in late March, having previously had a great experience there two years prior. My husband and I have stayed in most sections of HHI over the years and the Folly Field area has become our favorite. The location of this rental is a very convenient stroll to the beach and an easy drive to groceries, activities, and restaurants. The beach near the access point was sparsely populated, unlike nearby areas in front of large developments. It has a neighborhood feel because that's what it is.We were a party of 6, including two toddlers. The pool (we had it heated) was perfect when the beach was too cold and/or windy for the children or we wanted brief water time between dinner and kids' bedtimes. It was also great for this adult when the children were napping. The layout of the home worked well for our group. Two small living rooms/dens allow for a kids' play area and an adult hang out area. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. There was room in the front and back yards for our Shih Tzu to do her business. I've experienced beach rentals before with little space for her.The owners were proactive in their communications. We did not have any issues that required attention during our stay, but I was glad to know that they were there for us.

Wonderful House and Hosts

We could not be more pleased with our stay at Folly Field Dreams. We love the neighborhood and the proximity to the beach and conveniences. The house is wonderful. The pictures don't do it justice. It's light, airy, roomy, and very comfortable throughout. The hosts are wonderful. They communicate well, are concerned that you have a pleasant stay, and are kind and friendly. The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed. The seating areas are cozy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great. You'll even be greeted by a nice collection of towels and necessities, laid out for your stay. The hosts have thought of everything so you won't want for much of anything. We enjoyed our stay and were made to feel so welcome that we have already booked for next year. If we ever wanted to buy a place, this home would be just about perfect. Don't think twice about booking this wonderful, cozy home with its private pool, quaint backyard, and decks.
