This gorgeous 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa is a fourth floor, corner villa with great views of the ocean. With designer decorations, large and open living/dining area and a fully-stocked kitchen, guests will enjoy this as their home away from home.

The open living room has a nice sectional sofa, two swivel armchairs, 55"SMART TV and direct ocean views. The main balcony can also be accessed from the living room.
The ocean can also be seen from the dining area, featuring bar height table and chairs that seats six.
The remodeled, completely stocked kitchen has beautiful granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and seating for two at the breakfast bar.

There are two Master bedrooms. The first master bedroom features a king bed, 55" SMART TV and private access to the main balcony offering direct views overlooking the pool and ocean. The private master bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The second master bedroom has a king bed, 42" TV with a private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a private balcony that overlooks the water gardens, pool and ocean.

The third bedroom has two Queen beds, 40" TV and has a connected bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway. This bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Spacious and comfortable, this villa offers plenty of room for guests to spread out.

This Sea Crest complex is located directly across the street from Coligny Plaza which offers over 60 shops and restaurants. The building amenities are endless… two outdoor oceanfront pools (heated seasonally), a double-sided hot tub, children’s pool, direct fitness center, covered parking, elevators, indoor therapy pool and indoor hot tub.
