The Space:

This bright and welcoming 1-bedroom, 1-bath villa offers a functional layout ideal for both short getaways and extended stays.



Sleeping arrangements include:

- One queen bed in the bedroom

- Two twin beds (bunk bed), ideal for kids or additional guests

- One queen sleeper sofa in the living area



The living space opens to a private balcony where you can enjoy an ocean view and a nice refreshing ocean breeze. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, while the cozy seating area provides the perfect spot to unwind after a beach day.

As a guest of Ocean Villa B349, the entire resort is your playground. You will have full access to:

The Largest Beachfront Pool on Hilton Head Island, plus a second, more private pool.

12 Professional Courts: 8 lit tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts (with an on-site pro).

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island without a car. Bike riding on the beach is also a plus. Breeze bus stop in front of resort. Free trolly during summer months.

Connectivity: High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi is provided, though service may occasionally undergo resort-wide maintenance.
