The Space Welcome to your coastal home away from home. Ocean Villa B258 features a thoughtfully designed open-concept layout that maximizes space and natural light. The primary bedroom houses a plush queen-sized bed, while the hallway features built-in bunk beds—a favorite for children. The living area includes a queen sofa sleeper and leads directly to your private, furnished balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the Atlantic. The kitchenette is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, allowing for easy meal preparation. With updated flooring and coastal decor throughout, the space feels fresh, clean, and ready for relaxation.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full access to the extensive amenities of the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. This includes the largest outdoor pool on the island, ten tennis courts, and six pickleball courts. For those looking to stay active, the resort offers a fitness center, basketball courts, and bike rentals to explore the nearby trails. Families will appreciate the playground and catch-and-release fishing lagoons. You are also just a one-minute walk from the beach. One parking pass is included with your stay, and the building features elevator access and coin-operated laundry facilities on-site.



Getting Around:

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island without a car. Bike riding on the beach is also a plus. Breeze bus stop in front of resort. Free trolly during summer months.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a seamless stay, please note that we provide all bed linens and bath towels; however, guests should bring their own beach and pool towels. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, plates, and utensils, but please plan to bring your own "cooking basics" such as oils, spices, and condiments. Per community regulations, e-bikes are not permitted on the property. If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, an additional parking pass can be purchased for $35. We also offer special "Snowbird" and seasonal promotions for long-term stays during the fall and winter months, please inquire at the time of booking.
