THE POOL + BACKYARD:

The backyard is the heart of the home, where the new 35` private pool features an integrated spa and Baja/tanning shelf, all set beneath mature live oaks overlooking the Golf Course. The oak canopy creates a rare mix of sun and filtered shade throughout the day, taking the edge off Hilton Head`s intense summer heat while still leaving plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sunshine. Swim the length of the pool, relax on the Baja shelf, or settle into the spa after the beach or a round of golf.

LIVING + DINING:

Oversized windows bring the wooded golf-course setting into the bright, open living room, with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV and dedicated workspace. The adjacent dining area overlooks the backyard and golf course. The fully renovated kitchen is designed for guests who actually like to cook, with a spacious island, induction range, quality cast-iron cookware, new appliances, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. It`s well equipped for everything from a quick breakfast before golf to dinner at home with the whole group.

DESIGNED FOR GOOD SLEEP:

Vacations are better when everyone sleeps well. The house sits on a quiet residential street with the golf course—not another home—behind it, and every bedroom features a memory-foam mattress for comfortable, restful nights.

PALMETTO DUNES + THE BEACH:

Tucked into a peaceful section of Palmetto Dunes, 72 Off Shore offers the privacy and space of a golf-course setting without giving up easy beach access. A 6–7 minute flat bike ride takes you to one of the quieter stretches of Palmetto Dunes beach, away from the busier resort access points. We provide beach chairs, towels and a beach cart, making it easy to spend the morning at the ocean and the afternoon back at the pool.

Palmetto Dunes also offers three championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball, an 11-mile lagoon system for kayaking and paddleboarding, miles of paved bike paths, and convenient access to dining, shopping and entertainment at Shelter Cove.

- The private pool can be heated for an additional fee. We recommend heating the pool between October and May. A minimum three-day notice is required for heating requests, and the pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay if requested.
