Set on the 11th hole of Heron Point Golf Course, the property presents golf course views and a private backyard pool. Inside, the open living space is designed for gathering: large windows flood rooms with light, multiple dining areas allow for flexibility, and the kitchen is outfitted with quartz countertops and everything you need to cook with ease.
On the first floor, the primary suite offers a king bed, private en suite bathroom, and lovely views. A second guest room on the main level features two queen beds with easy access to the hall bath. Upstairs, you’ll find two more guest rooms: one with a king bed, the other with a queen, each with their own en suite baths, offering ideal privacy for all guests. Modern conveniences include free WiFi, smart TVs, keyless entry, a Keurig coffee system, in-unit washer/dryer, and a gas grill for outdoor meals.
Beach access is via the Sea Pines Beach Club, about 1.7 miles away or a 6 minute bike ride. Parking at the beach club is limited. Note that pets are not allowed, and the home accommodates up to ten guests.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry. Please note - the garage is not available for guest use.
* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.

Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
