You'll have a great time at this comfortable 2 bedroom condo located at the Hilton Head Resort, where you can take advantage of the resort amenities and you will be only a short walk from the beach (beach cart and chairs provided). Enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools, steam room, jacuzzi, tennis / pickleball courts, outdoor grills, and so much more. This updated home offers comfortable furniture, spacious bathrooms with tiled showers, equipped with low flow shower heads, and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, if you choose to do so. A regular drip and a K-cup coffee makers are available for your morning cup of coffee. Stream your favorite shows on the TVs in each bedroom and living room or enjoy the resort cable services. We look forward to hosting you.

We are located in building 3 of the Hilton Head Resort and our front porch overlooks the indoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, workout center, sauna, and indoor track.

There is a bike path right outside of the entrance to our resort. You can bring your own bikes or rent some onsite. Uber and Lyft are available on the island, as well as the Island Breeze Trolley that is active during the Summer months and free to ride. We are located at stop #13 on their route. A map of their trolley route is located inside the guest binder at the condo.

Here are some popular attractions:

Coligny Plaza - about a 15 minute drive away
Several mini golf courses within a 15 minute drive from the resort
Robert Trent Golf is located just minutes away along with many other golf courses on the island
The Shelter Cove Shopping Plaza and Marina is just a short drive - about 5 minutes
Many restaurants and shopping are located within minutes from the resort
Outlet shopping just off the island in Bluffton
Savannah, GA is about a 45 minutes drive from the resort (depending on traffic)

The condo is beautiful inside. I loved all the updated details like the fancy kitchen with all the gadgets we needed and wanted! The bathrooms had really cool showers with the hand held and waterfall heads. The hand held shower made it so easy to wash my kids and help them. We would definitely plan to come back again. The host answered all messages so fast. Thanks for everything!

Great Family Getaway

We had the best time! The home is clean with very nice amenities within the condo itself and the resort. My kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool! The onsite reseraunt and store the Beach Bear was super convenient and the food was delicious! All the furnishing in the condo are so nice and thoughtful. The kitchen has a great set up and the showers with the three shower heads were so nice!!

Great spot!

The condo worked great for my family! It’s clean and comfy. Love the storage space with beach equipment. That was so convenient. The owners were excellent communicators and very responsive. Do yourself a favor and learn your way around the resort as soon as possible. It can be confusing. The boardwalk to the beach over the marsh was wonderful.

Everything was excellent! Loved that you had all things needed for a day on the beach as well! Would recommend replacing some of the beach chairs due to rusting.

Wonderful vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this location. The condo was clean and inviting. The resort has so much to offer. We especially appreciated the indoor pool and hot tub since we had some rainy weather. The resort is in a great location close to all sorts of restaurants and shopping. The beach was a little more of a walk than what we were expecting but the boardwalk provided beautiful scenery. The beach itself was clean with soft sand. The kids enjoyed finding starfish and sand dollars. They were even able to catch fish with their hands. It was exactly the vacation we needed and we hope to return.

Belcher Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo. When you stepped inside you truly felt as if you were somewhere else. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. The walk to the beach on the boardwalk is a little lengthy but is totally worth it for the views. My family will return to this condo again. The owners were wonderful and always responsive to any questions I had. 10/10!

25 year anniversary

very clean and accommodating. didn't spend much time in the unit the weather was just too nice. 20 degree difference from where we are from. but had all the amenities had we needed them. probably one of the nicest units in the complex

Beautiful condo

The condo is updated and decorated nicely. It is in a very busy area, so turning left out of the complex can be an issue. I would say the cleaning company needs to do a deep clean of the master shower. The edges and corners at the floor are a bit grundgy. I did not bring this to the owners attention during our stay, because I didn't want to have to wait for someone to come clean. There isn't a washer and dryer in the unit. I think I've just become accustomed to having those when I stay at a VRBO on the beach. There are units you can use on site, but of course you have to pay. The TV in the living room broke/stopped working while we were there. Owner said they were trying to get a repairman, but to "enjoy the other 2 televisions" that were in the bedrooms. Hard to watch something as a family in a bedroom. Not as comfortable, and their replies just weren't the most friendly. They did have us try to "unplug it and plug it back in", but that didn't fix it. Indoor pool is FREEZING and hot tub is scalding. Rarely used those. Not to mention the fact that no one was abiding by the rules, and staff didn't seem to care. People were drinking beer in the hot tub, feeding their toddler a PB&J in the outdoor pool, kids were running around without supervision and going in the sauna and steam room (sauna smelled of urine one day), some adult spilled their alcohol in the outdoor pool... Overall, I might stay here again.... depends on what competition is available.
