Om overnatningsstedet

Just Beachy! Absolute top notch design, Oceanviews

  • Beautifully remodeled condo just steps from Hilton Head’s main beach! Enjoy ocean views from your private balcony and easy walking access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. This cozy villa features a fully stocked kitchen that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, bikes, and beach chairs included for your stay. Freshly updated with stylish decor, smart TVs, and modern comforts. Direct beach access on property and just a short stroll to Hilton Head’s new Celebration Park — perfect for a fun, relaxing beach vacation! Please note that the condo is open concept so there is no door between the living room and bedroom.

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Great little spot and location is fantastic

For a family of 4 this was perfect. Just mere steps to the beach. Heck, close enough we could walk down the beach to Coligny Park, grab a bite, and be back on the beach. Unit was just the right size and loved how family friendly this place is.
