You will be located in a neighborhood just inside the main gate of the Sea Pines Community, with access to the community without having to pay as a visitor.

The House: Park up to 4 vehicles safely in our driveway. A keypad on the front door will grant you access inside.

The main entry opens up to a spacious living area, including a 65" Smart TV for all your streaming apps, with ample space for everyone to enjoy comfortably. From the living area, walk into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area with complimentary coffee. Off the dining area is an enclosed porch to relax and enjoy the view of the backyard.

There are four bedrooms, two with king beds and two with 2 full beds each room (so 2 king beds and 4 full beds in total). The master bedroom is on the back of the house, with private walk-out access to the deck, king bed, and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and free-standing bathtub. The three other bedrooms are along the front of the house, two of which include en suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has its own bathroom just across the hall. All bathrooms are full-sized, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are ceiling fans throughout the house for your comfort.

The “Golf Room” features a full-size golf simulator with SkyTrack launch monitor and 12’ enclosure. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a dart board and TV for lounging and hanging out in the Golf Room on those few rainy days when golf courses might be closed, if you want to play some simulated rounds or if you just want to work on your swing.

There is a second Game Room with pool, shuffleboard, and board games. It’s also a great social room to just hang out, including a 65” Smart TV for watching sports, movies, or your favorite shows.

Outside, the fun continues with a 3-hole putting green. There is an outdoor dining table for 8 guests, with overflow seating all around the dining table and along the 60-foot-long deck. A giant Stainless Steel 6-Burner Gas Grill that will fit up to 28 burgers at one time should accommodate any of your outdoor grilling needs, and patio furniture surrounding a cozy gas fire pit is perfect for creating fun memories.
