  • Fairway One 6953 offers the best of both worlds. Golf Views of the famous Atlantic Dune Golf Course & Clubhouse from the living room, primary bedroom and back deck. In addition, the unit is directly across the street from the Sea Pines Beach Club and all of the amenities it offers (Restaurant, Oceanfront Bar & More). The main house of this property contains the primary bedroom and bath complete with a walk in shower, living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room as well as a powder room (1/2 Bath). In addition, there is a separate cottage steps away with its own entrance that has 2 more bedrooms and baths. Ideal for multiple couples or families with up to 6 in their party that appreciate a little separation while still being together. There is also a Sea Pines Trolley Pick Up / Drop Off at the Sea Pines Beach Club located directly across the street that allows you to visit Harbourtown as well as South Beach Marina for restaurants, shopping & night life without having to worry about parking. This comes in very handy during peak times of the year as the Trolley service is seasonal.

Great location- dated property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is in a great location. The property itself needs some refreshing. It’s 2026, your main TV should be a smart TV with streaming access. Ceiling fans and garbage disposal were not operational. Kitchen is refreshed with fairly new appliances and the AC works great in both units. The outdoor patio furniture is an odd choice for the main living area, but it works although not very comfy. Fridge lights were also non operational, but minor inconvenience. This place could be 5 stars with minimal investment as the location to good and the beach is excellent. It’s also super quiet. Internet service logged over 500 mbs, so easy to get work done and video calls. Parking is ample for two vehicles. Outdoor overhead shower needs and new head, but the foot wash is excellent. My favorite things- great water pressure and excellent AC.

Perfect Location

We really liked the location right across from Sea Pines beach, next door to the golf course and a short bike ride to the stables, Harbour Town and the condos of other family members vacationing with us.

The location of this property is outstanding. The home is spacious and overlooks the golf course. We appreciated the updated appliances, numerous seating areas, and renovated master bathroom shower. There were a few minor maintenance issues that were not resolved during our stay. The living room furniture was also uncomfortable, as it is outdoor-style patio furniture. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by a flea issue. We observed live fleas, received numerous bites, and documented the problem through photos, videos, and communications with both the management company and VRBO. The issue was serious enough that it affected our enjoyment of the property throughout the week. After reporting the issue, it took several days to receive assistance despite repeated attempts to contact management. Their proposed solution was to spray pesticides inside the home while our family, including our two-year-old child, was staying there, which we were not comfortable with. Although some mitigation efforts were made, including providing flea traps and removing rugs, we were left to manage the situation ourselves for the remainder of the trip. What disappointed us most was the lack of follow-up and accountability. Every communication was initiated by us. No one proactively checked on our family or whether conditions had improved. VRBO ultimately provided partial compensation after reviewing our documentation, while the management company simply suggested we "agree to disagree."

Convenient Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it is a great location directly across from the trolley stop and the beach club. The villa is clean and in pretty good shape. There is a nice view of the golf course. The blinds in the living room were falling apart and there were a lot of leaves inside the gate when we arrived, and we needed to sweep before unloading the car. Also, I was not given any directions to the Seaside Vacations ahead of time for picking up the car passes or any check in instructions. I had to go to the Sea Pines main desk first before realizing I need to call Seaside Vacations who was closed. Luckily someone answered after a few trys and gave me directions there.

Not an Enjoyable Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place had an odor, the bedrooms, two of them were not connected to the main house. My son brought his girlfriend with him, and this made for awkward sleeping arrangements. The "sofa" was very uncomfortable. I had to have two large cushions behind my back just to reach the floor. The fridge did not keep foods as cold as needed. Freezer part of the fridge was just too small, one bag of ice and no room, and the master bedroom tv did not have the cable networks that we viewed in the living room.

This works well for a group of 6, there were 3 in my group. The furniture is not very comfortable. The exterior needs to be pressure washed.

Location is awesome. Access to downtown is easy by car or bike. Property management is responsive.

Very simple. Late check in worked well. Reasonable check out process. Not lots of docs to sign. Hands off process.

Yours was clean and bright as a copper penny. Why would anyone turn their unit over to Sea Pines when they can have you!!!

Gorgeous, updated, clean home!

The home was beautiful, open, and clean. I would stay there again. On a side note: I was surprised that 2 of the 3 bedrooms were located in a different building all of which were surrounded by a privacy fence. Luckily, we had a sitter with us so having such separate sleeping quarters worked out. One of the ladies from the management company was a little off putting, while Ms. Lynn was extremely helpful. The house had beautiful golf views as described and was a short walk from the beach and Beach Club. The Beach Club has a restaurant, restrooms, and water to rinse off sand.

Wonderful Time

This was a great property for our family. Short walk to the beach, great views of golf and a lagoon with wildlife, and a very nicely updated property. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location without to beach club and beach access.

The property is nice and clean. Beautiful golf course view. Check in and check out very easy. Would definitely rent again.
