This 4th floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located directly on the oceanfront and offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Guests can watch the dolphins and shrimp boats go by, and even catch a glimpse of the Tybee Island Lighthouse on the horizon.

The condo has an open floor plan that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The living area has a queen sleeper and loveseat, a 48" Samsung TV, and a DVD player, as well as an oceanfront balcony. The living room opens up to the dining area, which features a standard dining table with 6 chairs and a wet bar with a wine/beverage refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with updated amenities, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets, and a full-size washer and dryer enclosed in the cabinets.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a picture frame window with an ocean view. It also features a 32" Samsung TV and a DVD player, as well as a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, cherry cabinets, and granite countertops. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a 26" Samsung TV, and a DVD player. The bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the living area and includes a tub/shower combo, cherry cabinets, and granite countertops. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Outside, guests can enjoy a zero-entry oceanfront pool, a poolside spa (open seasonally), a poolside baby pool, and poolside restrooms. The beach is easily accessible via a private beach walk from the pool directly to the beach. The pool is heated in March, April, October, and November.

The Shorewood Complex offers a gated parking area and easy access to Coligny Plaza and Coligny Park. The park features an interactive children's fountain and swings, as well as restrooms. Coligny Plaza has over 60 shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and open booths from local vendors, and offers live entertainment seasonally.

This property requires a parking pass for up to 2 vehicles, and does not allow smoking or pets. Free WIFI is available, and the property can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The zero-entry saltwater oceanfront pool measures 40' x 60'. Heating scheduled for March-April & September - October (Subject to change without notice). Also offering adult hot tub and kiddie pool.

Very disappointed master bathroom was smaller than many motels. Walk in shower was small and narrow especially for a grown man. Balcony furniture sat so low you had to look thru the railing. I would not recommend this room.

Wonderful condo

We enjoyed our time at Shorewood! The condo was great - close to the pool and in excellent condition. Please be careful of the knobs on the stove - they turn on easily at the slightest touch. We ONLY had to be mindful of that because of a curious three year old. Everything was perfection!

Incompetent customer service

We have stayed at this property before and were eager to return due to its great location and beautiful view being on the ocean. However, the rental company support was nonexistent. When we arrived, we found we had only been given the door code and not the code to access the property. We called the rental company and received a voicemail and never heard back from them. We had to wait an hour before we were able to tailgate another car through the gate. We then found that the elevator was not going to be working the entire week. The next day when I spoke to the rental company, they did not apologize for not providing the code, but argued with me that they had sent it in a previous email that I never received. They also did not apologize for us not having a working elevator for the week. They told me they sent me a text message a week earlier, but realized they sent it to the wrong phone number. Then they sent me a copy of the lease highlighting the fact that they are not responsible for non-functioning electrical equipment. I informed Jenna that there were mice in the unit, and she offered to send an exterminator who never arrived.

Beautiful ocean view, great location

Our stay at Shorewood was very nice. The views are amazing and better in person. The space it self seems bigger in the pictures but was still great for my 3 kids and parents. Peak vacation time check in time was 4-6pm. Luckily, we were in the condo by 4:30. I would call the HH rentals on your way there so they know you are on your way. The kitchen was well stocked and we even had a styrofoam cooler that we could use to take to the beach. The complimentary use of the beach towels were handy. We really appreciated that touch. One thing I thought could’ve been clearer is that the housekeeping that is included as an amenity, is just for after you leave. Also, you must wear bracelets to go in the pool. Overall, we had a good time and liked the property.

Perfect Views

We loved this condo so much. The patio sectional was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evenings. We were even able to spot a buck, doe, and 2 fawns on numerous occasions in the grassy area between the condo and the beach. The common grounds were well kept and the pool was wonderful — although it could use a couple of additional umbrellas for shade. We will absolutely stay here again!

Loved It!

We absolutely loved this place. Everything was very nice and you can’t beat the view! The only issue ( and it’s a small one) was the shower was slow to drain. Not a big deal at all but thought you may want to know. Thank you!

Amazing waterfront view

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! The unit was impeccably clean and we appreciated the started soaps etc. The views from the condo and the balcony are amazing. We loved watching dolphins swim by. The unit is well suited for 2 groups as the bedrooms are separate each with its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is great- a short walk to the beach and walking distance to shops.

Excellent beachfront condo

Our stay was excellent. We were provided check-in info in advance so check-in was a breeze. The condo had everything we needed, was in a great neighborhood within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants, and had beachfront access and views that were just dreamy. We'd stay here again for the balcony alone.

Awesome View

The view and proximity to the beach was impeccable. There were, however, unexpected repairs to the pool while. The property manager which isn’t VRBO (Hilton Head Rentals) was responsive and accommodating given the issue. Overall great stay!

This is one of the rare instances where the condo is better than the photos. Clean, fresh, well appointed and great views. Shorewood is a lovely, well maintained property within walking distance of many amenities. Booking it for next year

Great location to enjoy HHI

Great spot. Very accurate listing. Kid friendly pool and beach was easy to get to. Could use some bath mats and some new non stick cookware, but other than that its a homerun! Can easily walk to many places to shop/eat/get dessert.

Amazing balcony!

This rental looks exactly like the pictures! Easy check-in and in a great location. We very much enjoyed spending time on the balcony looking out at the ocean on a comfy sectional. Would definitely recommend!

It was great to be close to my grandchildren since they live in Bluffton! I love being able to see the water! It was a great place Thank you! The only thing was they were working in the condo above and starting in the morning. I understand thou since it is off season.
