Step into a bright, open-plan living area featuring designer-selected furnishings throughout. "The Pines" is the perfect place for relaxing after a day of exploring Hilton Head Island! This home also features two primary king suites, each with stunning bathroom finishes. Both suites also have brand new Article beds and DreamCloud mattresses. An additional third bedroom offers two full beds with an adjacent bathroom. All bedrooms include luxury linens and duvets, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

For those passionate chefs, there's a fully equipped kitchen with brand new GE Profile appliances, an expansive 10-foot island with Calacatta Laza quartz countertops, a comfy banquette eating area and a brand new Weber grill. Out back, you'll enjoy your favorite beverage while witnessing the beautiful Carolina sunsets!

NEED MORE ROOM?
A private Carolina room provides a flexible area with a high-end Burrow queen sleeper sofa and a 55” Samsung SMART TV.

Nestled in the highly desirable Greenwood Forest community, you'll have access to an updated community pool (April-October), pickleball, tennis and basketball courts as well as a playground for the kiddos - set amongst a breathtaking forest of old oak trees.

We provide four beach chairs, four tennis rackets, a pickleball set for four, and a basketball to help you make the most of your stay.

HOUSE RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe the following rules:

*** Quiet hours are in effect after 10:00 PM.
*** All outside lights are required to be off at 10:00PM.
*** Pets are allowed (1 dog - under 50 lbs.).
*** Street parking is strictly prohibited.

NEED TO KNOW
The following are not permitted in Sea Pines ... commercially marked vehicles, motorized scooters, e-Bikes, and motorcycles. Trailers of any kind, RVs, and similar vehicles must be parked outside of Sea Pines.
The renter is responsible for a $275.00 replacement fee for a lost pool access card.

The Pines is beautifully remodeled- lovely coastal colors/open w an awesome golf view.House is well equipped- neatly displayed, no excess. Owners have provided for all aspects of a stay. The property managers responded quickly to all inquiries and were a delight to work with. The property is in close proximity to Harbour Town, South Beach & Beach Club. We hope for a return visit as the overall experience was wonderful.

Perfect week in Hilton Head

We had a wonderful Hilton Head vacation and this was a perfect house for our family! We were a group of 6; my husband and I along with our two kids, and my parents. The layout of the house was wonderful- lots of space for everyone to gather together and nice sized rooms. The larger of the three rooms was on the opposite side of the other two rooms, which was great for us as it gave my parents some privacy. The house was stocked with everything you need- coffee maker , toaster , microwave… and was extremely clean! We used the pickleball equipment a few days as well The weather was beautiful so we spent most of our days at the beach. We rented bikes and rode them to the beach every day. we also rented beach chairs and umbrellas so didn’t have to carry much with us and our gear was set up on the beach for us each day. In the evenings, we went out to dinner, did some shopping, and got lots of ice cream! Liz and Tom were wonderful hosts and we appreciate them sharing their home with us!

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay at The Pines. It is in a wonderful location with an amazing view of the golf course. It was fun to see the golfers tee off right in front of the house. The home is spacious and exactly as advertised. The beds are big and comfortable. There’s lots of natural lighting with all of the windows. We were able to bike everywhere we wanted within Sea Pines with no issues at all. Liz was an amazing host and was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process from booking to leaving. I would absolutely recommend her home to anyone! Thanks for an awesome family trip!!

Liz and Toms place was perfect. Pics are accurate, the place was spotless and the location on the 6th teebox of the heritage was excellent.. if this property is an option for your trip, dont pass it up.

Super cute and chic!

The home is lovely- super cute and chic! Every room is tastefully furnished and modern. I loved watching the sunrise from the patio. The beds and showers were also great. Honestly, I don’t have a negative remark about Liz’s home and I am very particular with where I stay. The Carolina room is a great addition for kids. The hosts were equally as lovely. They checked on us throughout our stay and provided recs. We will definitely be back next year.

Cleanest and best layout house in Sea Pines

The pictures did not do it justice. The house has plenty of room and open space. Great deck to watch some golf and in the middle of island minutes from everything. We loved our stay.

Beautifuly Decorated Home on the Golf Course

Property was beautifully decorated and the location was great. We enjoyed the 10 min bike ride to the beach and watching the golfers on the back deck. We chose this property after carefully reviewing the bedding situation where we saw in the owner's description that the bedrooms were enough for 10 people. Even the description for dining the owner states seating for 10. We had 8 people for the first 3 days and knew we would have 12 people for 3 days, leaving just 4 of us on the last day. Between the two families we knew two smaller children would sleep in the parents room. I asked the owner if we could enter the property between 11-12 noon. He approved the early entry for an additional $150.00. The description stated we were allowed 3 cars. I notified the owner and asked if a 4th car could also get a pass and park in the trolly area. He said the 4th pass was fine and gave permission to park at the house. We noticed the owner was coming by everyday watering the plants and walking the property. He even put the grill cover back on the grill while we were away. We did not like this because we felt as if we had no privacy. On Friday morning the owner contacted us to stop by for a discussion. He said a neighbor complained to the HOA about our cars and the number of people. I reminded him he gave us permission for the cars and told him we honestly did not think it was a problem with the smaller children sleeping in their parents room and apologized.

Fabulous Getaway

I stayed at this property with my husband and two sons (23 and 25), and we absolutely loved this home. It’s beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed the view of the golf course every day from the deck. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect, an easy bike ride to the beach. There is also a convenient cut-through to the Shops at Sea Pines that we either walked or rode bikes to. The neighborhood surrounding the home was beautiful and quiet and the people we ran into were so nice. The hosts couldn’t be more helpful and nice. They responded to my questions quickly and gave us great suggestions and tips during our stay. Our sons raved about the place, too. We would definitely stay at this property again!
