The Villa is pet-friendly and offers convenient access to on site private tennis courts and swimming pool. A very easy walk or bike ride to the beach, Harbour Town, shops and restaurants. Enjoy the natural wooded surroundings and peaceful lagoon views to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails.

    This Hilton Head Island condo boasts one delightful bedroom with a king bed and a superb living room featuring a comfortable queen size sofa bed. Enjoy a beautiful, luxurious bathroom with dual shower heads and double vanity sinks. The space stays cozy with heating and cool with air conditioning, making it perfect for any season. Your fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and counter seating. The dining area has large glass windows that offer a fantastic view of the lagoon and sliding doors to the balcony.

Can’t say enough about this gem. First, Holly is amazing and community is so accessible to everything. Trails, bikes and everything you need as long you don’t require a lot of space - which we do not. This condo has it all - beach towels, chairs, coffee maker(s) and is CLEAN!

We loved this place! Communication with Holly was easy with quick responses. The condo was exactly as pictured and had nice touches throughout including a welcome card with bottle of wine and chocolate which was a perfect evening snack on our first night. The bedroom and closet are big with plenty of storage and wood hangers to unpack your clothes. The shower has great water pressure and was stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash, The bottom floor unit is conveniently located in Sea Pines with walking/bike trails great for walking our dogs. We definitely want to return for future getaways.

Well appointed. You could bring your clothes, toothbrush and food and you’d have everything you need. The unit is exactly as pictured. Bikes included. The quality of the products provided was top notch, down to the toilet paper. The location was perfect. We biked to the beach and Harbourtown everyday. The host was very responsive. Sometimes “pet friendly” units can feel less than clean or have an odor, that is not the case here. I would stay again, with or without a pet.
