The Space:
Seascape 3238 has been totally renovated from top to bottom which includes an all new kitchen, renovated bathrooms, all new flooring and furnishings!! This beautiful three bedroom, two bath villa is just minutes to the beach and to the pool. You'll find the living room and dining room on the main level to be quite spacious and offer brand new furnishings (2018). Sliding glass doors located just off the living room open to a large deck that overlooks the courtyard area and lagoon.

The second floor offers two bedrooms that share a completely remodeled bathroom with a shower and tub. The guest bedroom provides a king size bed and the third guest bedroom has two full size beds. The top floor of this villa is the master suite with a king bed, private bath which has been completely remodeled and includes a double vanity with shower and tub combination.
