*PLEASE NOTE:
- Minimum age of primary Guest is 25 years old.
- Primary Guest (person who makes reservation) must remain on property with all other guests.
- The villa is on the 3rd (and top) floor of our building. There is NO ELEVATOR, but the stairs are easy to climb and are directly next to our villa.
- No smoking (& no vaping) unit, including on the balcony.
- No animals allowed in our villa, as we have severe allergies in our family.
- Resort requires each vehicle to have a parking pass. One pass is included in your reservation. Additional passes must be purchased from the owner for $35 per vehicle. Please let us know how many passes you will need.
