This condo has been a beloved getaway for years with consistent 5 STAR reviews under previous owners. We are the proud new owners and are committed to continuing the same top notch hospitality and guest experience. We welcome you!
The location of this stunning, lagoon view 2 bedroom/ 3 full bathrooms, penthouse is outstanding as it’s across the street from the beach, a block from the Coligny Plaza shops, restaurants, beach bars & bike rentals. We are also adjacent to the beautiful Lowcountry Celebration Park. Be sure to check the event calendar to see what fun activities or concerts might be happening during your stay with us. Our place is perfect whether you are traveling with kids, adults, friends-there is something here for everyone to enjoy!

The penthouse villa is on the complex’s top 4/5th floor and features a spacious contemporary living room with an eye catching stone wall, spacious granite kitchen equipped with everything you’ll need to cook meals, balcony that overlooks a lagoon, upgraded WiFi, lots of beach/recreational amenities, bikes, tennis/pickleball rackets & balls and an underground parking garage with luggage carts to make unloading a snap. Villa comes with free tennis and pickle ball courts and a wonderful pool for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an oversized chair that easily converts to a twin bed. The second bedroom features a twin XL over queen with twin XL pullout trundle bunk bed. The living room also has an oversized chair that easily converts to a twin bed. The villa is 1,160 square feet and comfortably sleeps 8 people and offers guests a relaxing place to enjoy their vacation, along with the convenience of being a short one block walk to shops, restaurants, beach bars and bike rentals.

As owners we try hard to ensure your vacation is hassle free making sure your villa has everything you’ll need for a perfect beach getaway including beach: chairs, umbrellas, wagon, towels, pails/shovels/sand molds, kites, boogie boards as well as tennis/pickle ball rackets & balls, rain gear, and bike helmets & bike lights. Bike rental around the corner, Pedals Bicycle at 71 Pope St. You can ride bikes on bike paths- all over the island and you can ride on the beach! So fun!

Amazing location

The condo is so well located, right across from the beach. Additionally the family loved the pool. There's plenty of tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs it was never an issue getting a good spot. We additionally used the tennis courts which was a nice plus. Highly recommend if you're heading to Hilton Head.

Great Location and Value

We had a great stay at this beach condo! It was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Having 3 full bathrooms in a 3-bedroom unit was perfect for our family with four teenagers. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach—and we loved relaxing at the Tiki Hut across the street in the evenings.The AC worked great all week, keeping the condo cool despite the heat. We also noticed how quiet it was—thick walls and doors made it feel peaceful and private. The pool area was clean and well-kept, and we really appreciated the extra beach chairs in the closet.There were a few minor issues, like the under-counter ice maker not working (especially inconvenient since the nearby store ran out of ice) and the bikes in the garage being in rough shape. We ended up renting bikes for 45/week, which worked out fine.It was our first time in Hilton Head, and we enjoyed daily bike rides and runs—the paths are clean and scenic. Just a tip: call out “on your left” when passing others or you might hear from the locals! While busier than our usual vacation spots, we never waited for a table at restaurants (we eat early around 5pm).Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo for its comfort, quiet, and great location!

Comforts of home & great amenities

Loved everything about our stay at this villa. Grateful for all of the amenities and comforts of home. Our first few days of vacation were rainy which made being in a comfortable place even more important to us. So close to the beach we could easily get some beach time in when there was a break in the storms. Also used the available bikes-so much fun on the beach for both a sunrise ride and a ride to Sea Pines. Great location and so many amenities very thoughtfully provided-we would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Beautiful Condo and Location!!

Condo was very roomy and bright and beachy! Wasn’t sure about it being located on 4th floor, but it wasn’t bad at all. They have luggage carts and elevators (that worked great) to bring our luggage/bags, etc up to room. Owners Karen and Dave were great! The beach chairs, wagon and beach supplies were very much appreciated and they weren’t old and worn. They sure thought of everything you would need while staying there! Oh! And the showers are beautiful and nice and big! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful condo in a great location

The condo itself is beautiful and extremely clean. The owners have provided nearly everything you could need to enjoy your stay. The location is just a few minutes from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Very convenient and great for families. The pool area was not our favorite (dirty and small) but this is no fault of the owners. We still had a great stay.

Fun stay at Hilton Head!

Overall this was a lovely stay! There were some minor issues in the unit - a couple stairs were a bit unstable, dishwasher needs replacing, overall cleanliness was just ok, and the 4th floor wasn’t our favorite - however we had a blast and had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation!

Very nice stay!

As folks in our 70’s that have the benefit of a few rental property experiences we enjoyed many aspects of our stay in the condo.We really appreciated the pre-arrival orientation to Hilton Head, the meticulous detail of Karen’s welcome message, and the incredible resource material in the condo regarding available restaurant and entertainment opportunities on the island. The signage and instructions regarding the operation of TV’s and where to find bikes and sporting equipment was clear and helpful.The condo itself was bright, clean, and contained most of the amenities necessary for a satisfying stay. As retired architects, we appreciated the efforts to use durable but cheery materials in past remodeling efforts. The condo finishes, particularly the painted walls, have been kept up.The location of the condo was ideal to access, beach, restaurants, and golf courses.Appreciating the complimentary bikes, as avid cyclists, we chose to rent bikes from a nearby vendor.

Great Condo/Perfect Location

We rented this condo for a small family gathering in January 2025. The unit had everything we needed for a 4 night stay, and more. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Coligny Beach, as well as many stores and restaurants. The owners supplied everything you would need for a stay at the beach (during the warmer months). They supply bikes and boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and lots of toys and games.. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The three large full bathrooms are an added bonus for a two bedroom condo. The owners were very accommodating. We ran into some bad weather on our trip and contacted them to see if the condo was available for an extra night. They replied very quickly and accepted our request to add one more night onto our stay. We would highly recommend this condo! If we have the opportunity to visit HHI in the future, we would certainly consider staying here again.

Wonderful condo and location

We loved our most recent stay. Large condo with plenty of space for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teens). Condo was cozy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and was right next to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Access to bikes was a plus! Owners provided recommendations. For dining, shopping and things to do was also very helpful. We love, love, love Hilton Head!!

Terrific Time in the Lowcountry

We had a terrific time at the condo. The instruction packet was the most detailed that we have ever seen. Kudos to the hosts. Everything was covered. Easy check-in, comfortable beds, great kitchen and the place was immaculate. We used the beach chairs and beach cart to transport them. The binder of info in the kitchen was full of information as well. We will definitely stay here again if we return as the experience was terrific and it is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Two-Day HHI

Had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean and organized. The stay was exactly as expected and advertised. The location is amazing. The owner’s provided us with so much information through email prior to arrival and a very detailed book with all kinds of important information about the island. It was our first time in Hilton Head, and I would love to be back and if I was, I would stay here again. It was great, safe, and a wonderfully appointed property.

Great location for a family getaway

Our family of 3 loved our time at this property. So close to the park which was great for our 4 year old. Many options nearby for dining whether walking or a short drive. Beach access and the items provided were ideal, especially the cart to wheel everything over.
