980 Inverness is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome in the Palmetto Dunes Resort. This home has beautiful wood floors and is nicely decorated with coastal accents throughout making you feel like you are on a beach vacation.

To the left of the entrance is a hallway bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower with glass doors. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed w/ a trundle and a chair with ottoman. In the hall closet is a stacked front loading washer and dryer.

To the right of the entrance is the open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room all with gorgeous views of the golf course. The fully equipped kitchen has white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and three bar stools. The adjacent dining room has a wooden table that seats six. There is a 58” TV mounted above the table that is easy to see from the living room. The living room has a tan sofa with chaise lounge and two chairs. Open the sliding glass doors to a covered deck with two high top tables each with two chairs. A great place to enjoy a meal or drinks and hors d’oeuvres while watching golfers pass by.

On the second floor, to the right, there is a loft area with a double bed. To the left is the master bedroom with high ceilings, a king bed, bench seat, walk-in closet and 32” TV. This room has a private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower with glass doors.

The Inverness Village of Palmetto Dunes Resort boasts views of the George Fazio golf course and is only a short bike ride or walk to the beach. The complex has an on-site swimming pool and community tennis courts. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer – golfing, clay tennis courts, fishing and miles of bike paths.
