3br 3ba Resort Condo - U.S.News “Best Time to Visit Head Hilton Island”

Beat the summer crowds and enjoy beautiful April weather. Located on Hilton Head Island, Waterside is just 2 blocks from the Beach and Atlantic Ocean. It's a full-scale resort with all the comforts of home. Beach, restaurants, shops, bars, and bike rentals within 6 minute walk.

CONDO: 1st floor condo.
This spacious 3BR/3BA villa is over 1,700 sq ft and provides the privacy of separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Also, there is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit also has a private balcony with table and chairs, and offers a lagoon view. There is a Washer / Dryer conveniently located inside your unit.

GUEST ACCESS:
This is a resort hotel property. So Guests will have their own private unit, but resort amenities (pools, hot tubs, gym, etc) will be shared with other guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this minimum age requirement for the primary Guest who will be checking in. Your security deposit ($250) will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room.

- Waterside is professionally managed and operated by Spinnaker Resorts. The Front Desk is staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance. They are there to help so please don’t hesitate to contact them during your stay.

- There are two zero-entry pools (one is heated) and a children's pool make for the perfect opportunity to relax without the sand. Also, you can even keep your children busy with daily children's activities. They'll love the interactive games, and you'll love the peace and quiet.

- Free golf cart shuttle to shopping area and beach (drivers appreciate a tip).

- Grills at the pools; grill tool kits available.

- Bring your Bikes. Everyone gets around on bicycles. Adult and child bike rentals (hourly, daily, or weekly), and can be delivered to your unit

- Paved walking/biking trails; many trails are shaded with beautiful tropical vegetation.

- Two Free covered parking passes (spaces limited) are included with this unit. If you need a parking pass for an additional vehicle you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk for an additional fee.

- Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided, as are bath towels. If you need additional items or want fresh bedding linens or towels during your stay, please contact the Front Desk.

- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofa during your stay, I do personally recommend (if possible) bringing sheets, blankets, pillows, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed.

- Pool towels are provided for free, and they can be exchanged for fresh ones on an unlimited basis. However, if you or your family owns and likes larger beach towels, I recommend bringing them, along with any other beach blankets / chairs / umbrellas / equipment you want at the beach. If you don’t bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, equipment, etc you can rent the equipment on HHI.

- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However there is a Washer / Dryer conveniently located inside your unit for your personal use. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the resort Front Desk.

- Usage of the Fitness Center / Indoor Pool at SR Hotel available. Only $20 additional per unit for the entire week (this covers your entire groups staying in your unit so it offers a very good value). This $20 fee is payable directly to Spinnaker Resorts at Check In. Fitness Center / Indoor Pool facilities open at 6am from Mon to Fri, and includes showers / changing room.
