Who's ready to stay at Butchie's Beach House?! This 4th-row ocean North Forest Beach, new to the Vacation Company inventory, is the perfect location for your next island escape. Freshly painted and lots of updates to this bright and cheerful 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home is perfect for family reunions. The main level houses a master suite, great room, living room, dining room, and access to the pool deck. The king master suite on the main living level offers an oversized bathroom with a garden tub. The great room has plenty of seating and allows access to the spacious pool deck. The kitchen has beautiful hardwood flooring, white marble countertops, and a bar with seating for 4.

Upstairs on the 2nd level are 4 bedrooms with private baths, all uniquely decorated. 2 bedrooms offer breathtaking views through French doors that open to private balconies with Adirondack chairs. The perfect spot for enjoying sunrises with your morning coffee!

Let’s start with that that the picture that you show it’s not the house that I stay the company that you working with vacation company call me and they told me that it’s occupied after you guys charge me and they change the house on me. I wasn’t pleased with the house wasn’t clean enough.The pool was dirty and the balcony also the garage We never use that company vacation ever

Comfortable Home in Perfect Location

We had a great 5 days here- we had everything we needed, house was clean and comfy and location was ideal…far enough from heart of Coligny, but still walkable. We much prefer this location to Sea Pines! We would definitely return!

Sandpiper weekend

We enjoyed our stay very much. We've stayed at Hilton Head a number of times, so we have had interaction with many management companies. Seashore Vacations company is one of the best. They were welcoming and friendly without being fake. There were some problems with the property, but our interaction with Seashore was perfect.

Great house, short walk to the beach

This house was perfect for our group of 5 couples. Would also be ideal for a family or two families, as every bedroom has its own bathroom. Having a nearly fully stocked kitchen was convenient, as we cooked at the house two nights. Very clean, lots of lighting and mirrors. Check-in was easy and timely. Ample parking for our 4 vehicles. The walk to the beach was maybe 2 minutes, and our group was able to easily walk to the shops and restaurants on the island. The only negative about the house is the deck stairs going to the pool get very slippery when wet. Two in our group ended up falling on our first night, and thankfully were not seriously injured. Would definitely return to this house again!

Amazing Location

My family and I enjoyed this house. The location is second to none. Having a 1 year old and a 3 year old being that close to the beach was amazing. We rode bikes and could be at Coligny in 5 minutes. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. The only thing we would have liked to see different was 1. The cleanliness of the house. I’m not blaming this on the owner but the cleaning company probably needs to do a better job. Our kids were grabbing trash/food from under the couch. 2. The door handle to the front door is kind of broke. Our 1 year old was able to reach it since it was hanging and opened up the door to go outside a few times. 3. The high ceilings in the upstairs bedroom could make that room get really hot during the day. The room was great, I would just get an extra fan. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for having us.

Great layout

Loved how many bedrooms it had and that every bedroom had a bathroom, my only complaint was that the tub in the master bath had mold around the jets and blew out mold when turned on and my wife was really looking forward to a bath on the cold days when we were there but wouldn’t get in it after seeing that…

Excellent

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The agency was easy to talk to and very accommodating. Location wise, the Sandpiper is basically right on the beach and just a short drive or bike ride away from the plaza and downtown area. It was overall a great stay and will come back again.

Great Location

We recently stayed at 28 Sandpiper and overall, the house needs some attention. The good parts were - location was fabulous. Less than a block to the beach - it was ideal. The house also had 4 suites with king beds and private bathrooms, making it a wonderful home to share with family. There was also a few baths for the kids. There was plenty of sitting areas and the table was large enough for a big family. It was also a huge plus to have the private pool. For the negatives - the house looked worn and had several issues that we noticed within an hour of arrival. Electrical outlets that didn’t work, lights that didn’t turn off, doors that didn’t lock, and a large area of molded ceiling that had not been noticed. The cleanliness of the house also was not what we are used to or expected. The management staff was easy to reach and they did want to address our concerns with the above mentioned problems but it didn’t seem fair to have five separate contractors come out during our vacation week to fix problems that had been sitting idle for quite some time. However, the mold was addressed during our stay for safety reasons and to fix the ongoing leak. Overall, we enjoyed the location and the convenience of the pool, but the overall state of the house did negatively impact our stay. When these issues are fixed, it will be a great vacation home

Super layout, great location

This is a great house on a nice street close to the beach. The layout was perfect with a large, comfortable great room. We loved having big bedrooms with large beds in each. We also enjoyed the pool and deck area out front.

Great location!

We stayed in this house with six adults and two small children. The location was amazing, beach just a few houses away and not crowded! The pool was a huge bonus especially for the kids after playing at the beach for a few hours. The house was clean, though some things could be updated and the decking started to fall apart in areas. But it fit our family perfectly and was enjoyable for the week.

AMAZING HHI RENTAL

PERFECT location! Amazing rental for large family! Steps away from the beach! The rental had everything we needed! Only minor issue was the ice maker on the refrigerator didn’t work. We didn’t complain and just went to the gas station for ice. Everything else was great! Pool was a little small, but great for playing in! We added the option to heat it, which was well worth it! We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great house for our golf trip

Overall this was an amazing property. It is a block from the beach, and very close to a lot of great courses and restaurants. Plenty of parking, nice furniture, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen isn’t set up to prepare large meals, but for snacks and sandwiches it is great. Plenty of nice dishes, dishwasher and washer/dryer work great.
