2519 Villamare is a beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bath villa located on the fifth floor of the oceanfront Villamare community in Palmetto Dunes. Positioned in a central location within the complex, this villa offers peaceful views of the resort grounds with views of the Atlantic Ocean in the distance.

Upon arriving at Villamare, you'll enjoy covered parking and elevator access to the villa. Inside, the foyer opens into the main living area, where natural light and sliding glass doors create a bright and inviting space.

The kitchen features quartz countertops, modern appliances, and a breakfast bar, offering a comfortable space for preparing meals during your stay. The adjacent dining and living areas include ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and access to the private balcony where you can enjoy the island breeze and partial ocean views.

The primary suite includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and updated vanity. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds and access to a full guest bathroom, providing a comfortable setup for families or groups.

Located within the gated Palmetto Dunes Resort, guests are just a short walk to the beach via private community access and can enjoy 2 complimentary hours of tennis or pickleball daily at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center.

The property and surrounding community will have some improvement projects taking place during the winter months.

• Building 2 Exterior Staircase Repair: Repairs to the exterior staircase closest to the Health Club are expected to begin November 1 and continue through February 2027. Work will include sandblasting and welding, which may create loud noise during working hours. The work area will be marked and restricted for safety, and guests should avoid parking in the immediate area during construction.

• Phase II Paver Project: Paver replacement work is expected to begin in November or December and continue through early January. The sidewalk between Building 2 and the Health Club will be temporarily closed while work is underway, with alternate pedestrian routes available. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are made to the property and community.

- Decals must be properly affixed and passes visible at all times. Vehicles without a displayed pass or decal may be cited.
- Parking on roadways or in yards is not permitted.
- Motorcycles are prohibited.
- Cyclists and pedestrians shall use leisure paths where available. Automobiles have the right of way.
- Electric boats belonging to property owners are permitted on lakes and lagoons. Gas engines are prohibited.
- No swimming in lakes or lagoons.
- Loud music or excessive noise is not tolerated at any time.
- Alligators are VERY dangerous. State law prohibits any person from feeding, enticing, or harassing alligators.
- Do not feed wildlife of any kind in Palmetto Dunes.
- Absolutely NO hunting or shooting!
- Absolutely no fireworks!
- Towels and swimwear may NOT be hung on porch railings.
- Trash cans must remain in the service yard for pickup. Do NOT bring them to the street.
