A car is recommended for getting around Hilton Head Island, but the area is also very bike-friendly with miles of scenic trails and easy access to nearby parks and beaches. Bike rentals are readily available throughout the island.

✓ This villa has parking for 6 vehicles. 4 in the driveway and 2 in the garage.
✓ Please park in designated parking areas only. Please do not park off-site on the street, grass, or on pine straw. 
✓ This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes, and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 
✓ One paid car pass is included with your reservation.
✓ Please contact your Host before arrival to purchase additional car passes for $40 per week.
✓ PET POLICY: 1 dog 60 lbs or less, or 2 dogs with a combined weight of no more than 100 lbs, is allowed. A nonrefundable pet fee of $300 (covers up to 2 dogs) applies and is not included in your VRBO booking total. Our team will request this fee separately after your reservation is confirmed.
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. 
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk. 
✓ Pool and spa heating is available for $100/day. Request at least 1 week before arrival. Heating depends on nighttime temperatures, warming the pool up to 20 degrees above the lowest nighttime temperature.
