210 Barrington Court is a beautifully renovated and decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront villa on the 2nd floor of Barrington Court. From the building’s oceanfront exit point you’re only 14 steps from the beach boardwalk and then toes in the sand. This spacious, open concept villa has ivory tiled floors through the main living area and hardwood floors in the bedrooms. Upon entering the villa, you will see the updated blue and white kitchen with stainless steel appliances, flat top stove, white quartzite countertops, and two chairs at the counter height breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample storage and an in-unit washer and dryer. The adjacent dining room table seats six; plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together. In the living room you will find a blue queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat, accent chair and a mounted 75” Roku TV with Spectrum cable provided. There are sliding glass doors that open to a balcony overlooking the complex lagoon, water fountain and pool as well as out to the ocean view. The balcony has a high-top table with four chairs: a wonderful place to relax with a beverage. Additionally, in this villa you will find a selection of books, puzzles, and games, as well as 2 folding outdoor chairs available for guest use.

The primary bedroom is off the living room and has a king size bed, bench seat and mounted 55” Roku TV. This room has access to the covered balcony. The private remodeled bathroom has two separate vanities and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bunk bed and a mounted 43” Roku TV. The renovated second bathroom includes a tub/shower and is shared with the main living area; or close the hall door to create an ensuite bathroom/bedroom combination.

The Barrington Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, restrooms, showers, and grilling area. The Barrington Court building also has an elevator and an undercover parking garage, on the ground level. Luggage carts are also available in the parking garage for easy transportation of your belongings.

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
