We offer 6 passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed to 4 passenger + cargo (for beach chairs and coolers). Golf carts can be parked at the beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to the nearby restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Limited availability in the summer. Please request before booking.

POOL HEAT: Pool can be heated for an additional $170/day. Please choose pool heat at the time of booking. If this option is not available at the time of booking, please send us a pool heat request, and we will send you a separate bill. A 2-day minimum request required for the pool heat.

FOLLY FIELD BEACH
The house is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is the Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach. It takes about 9-10 min to walk to the beach (can take longer with kids or older family members). You can drive your car or a golf cart to the beach. There is a beach parking with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA accessible spaces.
Why Folly Field Beach is one of the best beaches in Hilton Head:
+ Folly Field Beach is beautiful
+ Has parking. Short walk from the parking over the wooden access ramp, continued with access pathmat over the dunes. ADA accessible
+ Beach amenities: bathroom, shower, bike rack, drinking fountain, trash cans
+ Lifeguard during summer season
+ Less crowded than Coligny Beach
+ Some other Hilton Head beaches have no lifeguards, no access ramps, no amenities, no parking
+ Some other Hilton Head beaches require long walk from parking lot
+ With no amenities on other beaches, and in some neighborhoods, you have to walk home if you or your kids need to use the bathroom
+ Hard to drag beach wagons on other beaches with no access ramp

Pool Note: Please note that water temperature can vary with outdoor conditions, and during colder winter months the pool may not always reach a comfortable temperature even while the heater is working. Our team services pools regularly and will assist quickly if an issue arises, though refunds or discounts can't be offered for temporary downtime or cooler-than-expected water. For safety, children should always be supervised while using the pool.
