Beachwalk is the closest villa accommodation to the beach in Shipyard - a comfortable 7-minute walk down a shady path to the Shipyard Beach Club and 12 miles of gorgeous sandy beach. The Beachwalk Shipyard complex also has a large on-site community pool that is located practically in your backyard!

The foyer greets you with plenty of books in the long bookshelf as well as plenty of games in the hall closet to keep the kids busy at any time of day. The entry seamlessly flows to the rest of the villa with newly upgraded premium cortex vinyl wood flooring throughout the entry, living room, kitchen, dining area, and bedrooms.

The spacious living room has a large, plush sofa, which transforms to a queen size sleeper when needed and a cozy love seat which doubles as a twin pull out bed. Mounted to the wall is a 55” flat screen Fire TV so you can stay up to date on all your favorite shows and to watch the latest movie releases on the provided DVD player. Just beyond the living room is the designer kitchen with ample space for gathering and cooking up all the family’s favorite meals. With new quartz countertops, soft close cabinets and stainless-steel appliances, you’ll find everything you need in this well stocked kitchen. Just bring your food and your favorite recipes and you’re all set! The bar offers a perfect spot to grab a quick snack after a long day out in the sun.

Relax in the sun with a perfect view of the pool on the back deck or enjoy a family dinner using the new gas grill at the bottom of the deck stairs. The deck also features a gate that can close off the stairs so children and pets can play freely without you having to worry that they may run off.

Both bedrooms in this villa offer king size beds, allowing two families to enjoy comfortable and spacious sleeping quarters while on vacation. To the right you will find the guest bedroom with two beds, one king size and one twin size and 32” flat screen TV and a DVD player. Just outside of this bedroom you will find the updated hall bathroom with luxury tile floors, double vanity with granite countertops and a tub/shower combination perfect for washing off after a hot day of exploring Hilton Head Island.

The main bedroom features a new, high end, Tempurpedic king size bed, as well as an additional twin bed and a 36” flat screen TV and a DVD player. Adjoined to the main bedroom is a spacious bathroom featuring a double vanity with granite countertops, plenty of drawers and cabinet space to store all your beauty products. Adjacent to the vanity you will find an expansive walk-in shower with a handheld, adjustable, shower head.

If you want you can bring your pet along to stay with you (2 dog maximum, house-trained, 40-pound limit). There would be an additional nonrefundable pet fee of $225.00 per pet for the stay.

Please be sure to indicate how many Shipyard car passes you will need – passes are $35 each plus tax for the stay (max limit of 2 car passes).

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
