This home boasts breathtaking lagoon and golf views along one of the widest parts of the 11-mile lagoon system and 13th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones golf course. Bella Vista offers the privacy you long for on vacation, yet still only a short walk or bike ride to the beach and amenities of Palmetto Dunes.

As you approach Bella Vista, a majestic Live Oak tree welcomes you to start enjoying the beautiful natural setting of this property. The 12 foot ceilings and oversized windows draw you into the spectacular view, one of the best views in all of Palmetto Dunes. Watch the beautiful sunrise from 3 bedroom suites or 2 covered terraces!

The first floor has an open concept great room with large eat-in kitchen and dining area, and a comfy sectional with large HDTV. With a dining table for 10, kitchen table for 6, and breakfast bar for 3, there is enough seating for everyone to gather for large family meals. There is also a second sitting/tv room for those that want to break off from the group. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need, even for a seafood boil. The spacious master suite on the first floor has a magnificent view, king Marriott mattress, his and her walk-in closets, a luxurious bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower, and access to the covered back terrace. The second bedroom downstairs offers a queen Marriott bed with walk-in closet and built-in desk area. Two separate half bathrooms (one off foyer and one off side door) and spacious laundry room completes the first floor.

Just a few steps up is the kids' domain with an ensuite bunkroom. There are 2 twin over full bunks. Bathroom has tub/shower combo. Bunkroom is a great space for the kids to separate from the adults for tv, movies, and gaming.

On the second floor, you'll enter a fun bonus room with large tv, pool table, and arcade game. Open the sliders to enter a great escape in the covered terrace. This bonus room separates the 2 upstairs suites, one king and one with two queens. Each suite has a magnificent view, Marriott beds, large walk-in closet and private bathroom, as well as access to the covered terrace. The upstairs terrace is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, practice yoga, or relax with an evening cocktail.

The covered terraces and multi-tier deck overlook a spacious sport pool (35 ft. long) and private dock. There are 2 dining tables, loungers, rockers, and a Weber grill for you to enjoy outdoor entertaining. With birdwatching, fishing, boating, and games like pool volleyball and cornhole, there is something for all ages at Bella Vista. A single kayak is available for guest use. Additional kayaks/canoes may be rented from Hilton Head Outfitters.
