Shorewood 207 er en komfortabel rummelig 3 værelses Ocean Front Condo. Denne 3 værelses condo har 3 fulde bade med kombination af bruser / badekar i hver, en konge i skibsføreren, konge i det andet gæsteværelse, konge i det tredje soveværelse plus en queensize sovesofa i stuen. Denne lejlighed er perfekt til familie- eller parferie. Udsigten fra denne lejlighed er fantastisk, og med denne enhed, der er ved udgangen, tilbyder et stort ekstra vindue til at lade solen komme ind. Sammen med andre hjemmets bekvemmeligheder er der et fladskærms-tv i alle værelser plus trådløst internet. Nyd solen i den helt nye pool og boblebad beliggende direkte ved havet i komplekset. Pool opvarmes 1. marts - 30. april og 1. oktober - 30. november.

The condo is very outdated and has an odor. The furniture has stains as well as the carpet. Would not recommend staying here unless you are completely desperate.

The location is superb. The view is great. Loved the patio. The unit was clean and comfortable. The three bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well for our family. However, some of the villa is in need of renovation. The Master Bath looks brand new but the others looked old. Some of the paint and baseboard is worn. The mattress in the MBR was too soft and uncomfortable. I would stay again but I have seen other units in this building in better shape.

This place was great, right on the beach, 3 bedrooms each with their own bath and options within walking distance for anything you need (restaurants, groceries, clothes or Souvenirs). We enjoyed everything about Hilton Head.

Problems

Carpet and living room furniture very dirty also patio very dirty. Kitchen stove burners half worked , washer had to be unplugged to stop it, probably a fire hazard. Blender not working properly. Patio only had three chairs for 7 people, could at least have stack stools or bench for people. Sorry for not so good review but the way it was check air vent by bar heavy with dust.

Needs bathrooms updated, furniture old and damaged, but functional. Paint for the entire unit desperately needed. Air conditioning for bedrooms 2&3 wasnt good, very stuffy.

Tropical storm Debby

This condo is definitely in need of updates in the kitchen and bathrooms (bathrooms especially). There were holes in the ceiling and faucets that barely worked. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work. Our trip was cut short due to tropical storm Debby and we left after 2 days. There was no kind of compensation even mentioned.

Great location

I was originally wary of the property from the reviews I read but was familiar with the area and was willing to take a chance for the price and amenities. The rooms were well cleaned but there was damage from age in some areas of the ceiling and in the bath tubs. This was nothing that some work in the off season couldn’t fix. The proximity to the pool, beach, bike paths, and Coligny made up for the outdated-ness/TLC the condo needed. For the price, I would book again.

Dirty outsated

This unit was very dirty,,, carpet, furniture and very outdated. The property manager was excellent in listening to my concerns. Location was excellent. The owner needs to redo this unit except the kitchen was nice.

the owners should be ashamed to rent this. From the FILTHY CHAIRS to 20 yar old coffee maker to wall sockets that were falling away from the wall nothing comfortable about this condo. It is in a great location and just very neglected. I was appalled when we arrived. Will never rent it again. I can't emphasize enough how badly this condo needs updating and renovation.

Great property, but condo needs updating

Shorewood is in a great location, making almost anything you need no more than a 10 minute walk away. The grounds were super clean and the pool, outdoor bathrooms and beach access were perfect. The condo on the other hand could use some updating. We found a lot of the dishes to be dirty. It looks like someone drew on the carpet with black magic marker. The hall bathrooms shower curtain had more shower rings that were not working than were working. It needs to be replaced. There were holes in the bedsheets. We also killed a couple cockroaches. My family is not fancy and just rolled with it, but I wanted to be clear and upfront with what to expect with this condo. The font balcony has great views of the beach and I really enjoyed sitting out there in the morning with my cup of coffee. All in all, it’s a great location to explore all that Hilton Head has to offer, but the condo is in need of a few updates.

Good location but poorly kept unit

Location is great, condo is very dated and poorly kept. The carpet is covered in stains, there was a hole in the roof of one of the bathrooms from a leak, pieces of the popcorn ceiling fell of (presumably from previous water damage) during our stay. I saw other condos in the community that were well kept and updated, and this was neither. I would not stay in the unit again.

Spring Get Away

Condo should be off rental until updated and deep cleaned. Wallpaper peeling, dust bunnies hanging from ceiling, air vents covered in dust, carpet filthy, cabinet under kitchen sink is discusting, paint peeling, etc. Shorewood is great- good location. Can see water but not beach.

We watched the sunrise every morning and walked to the beach within 5 minutes. The condo could use updates in kitchen and bathrooms but it was overall clean.

Great location

The rental is as advertised. The family really enjoyed it! Fantastic location and pool at a reduced cost based on the state of kitchen, bathrooms, carpet, etc. We would definitely stay again!

Lots of Potential

This property is in a great location. All three of the bedrooms have king size beds, and there are three full bathrooms. It sounds great but unfortunately, the entire condo needs a major update. It has not been kept and appears to have the same fixtures as when it was built. Carpet and furniture is dirty looking, ceiling is peeling, sink in one bathroom holds water, comforters and bed skirts are very old, torn and tattered. It has the potential for greatness but falls way short of the mark.

The shared areas of this complex are in great shape, this particular unit is in need of updating, but was a great location for my family to enjoy a week on the island. The property management company was great to work with.

great location/unit not up to par

The location is excellent, but this unit badly needs to be updated and cleaned thoroughly. Lots of things need to be replaced or repaired. The bathrooms and kitchen are all original, and marginal at best compared to all the other units I have rented for nearly 30 years. Stove burners don't work, DW has racks rusted straight through, countertops and chipped and very worn, fridge is rusted and missing racks, ripped bed skirts, spiderwebs and heavy dust on the ceilings, popcorn ceiling peeling in areas, living room furniture is very dirty so we didn't sit on it. But, the view is wonderful and it is right by Coligny and the Tiki Hut where we want to always be. But in the future, it will definitely not be this unit. For a very similar price, we will stay in a unit in this area that has been way better maintained.

Disappointed

The Shorewood property is very nice! Zero entry pool, flat walkway to the beach and the amenities are great. Seashore Vacation Rentals were super to work with! Unfortunately, the condo is in need of some serious TLC. Countertops are chipped, wallpaper is peeling, carpet is thread bare and the windows are painted shut or the hardware broken so you can’t air out the musty smell. The bathtub in the third bathroom doesn’t drain so it is like taking a bath while in the shower. We called Seashore and they sent a plumber to fix it which did make it better. When we inquired about the state of the condo we were told the owner isn’t willing to spend any money on updates! The place needs a deep cleaning and new coat of paint. That would go a long way to improve this rental. It is unfortunate that in such a nice complex this unit has been so neglected! Plenty of better places to stay!

GREAT VIEW and location

Loved the direct view and sound of the ocean. You cannot beat that view and the 5-8 minute quick walk to all the stores and restaurants. The Management Group was very nice, helpful and quick to respond. But - condo is very dated and worn ..... needs a LOT of updating. The beds and sheets were very uncomfortable. I could see inside a few other condos in the same complex, that looked much nicer and updated.

Perfect Layout for Adults

We loved that each of the 3 bedrooms had a king bed and private bathroom. The view from the balcony was perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms could use updating but they were all clean.
