Great location to access the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants. Also a convenient 10 minute walk to event parking/drop off for the PGA Heritage golf tournament if you are there to attend.

Hilton Head

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The rental was beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean and comfortable! I was so pleased with the comfort of the beds. We were a short walk to the beach. The pool was under renovation, but this did not bother me at all.

Great location

We chose this condo because of the location. You can walk to restaurants and the beach is right out your back door.Down side to this condo is the sectional couch is uncomfortable because it has springs sticking up. The show heads in the bathrooms upstairs are terrible. Took our showers in the downstairs bathroom.

Wonderful location, comfortable accommodations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great little spot for a family vacation! Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and of course the proximity to the beach. Comfortable beds and nice to have laundry accessible and fully stocked kitchen. My only constructive feedback is that the air ducts need cleaned and the place needs a good deep clean (which would probably be helped by an air duct cleaning). Also, the bathroom exhaust fan in the bathroom with the bathtub is old and broken. A previous guest from a while ago commented on this and I was surprised to find that it still hasn't been replaced, especially so the owner can protect the property from mold/mildew growth in the bathroom. Overall, this is a great place to stay, it just needs a little TLC in the deep cleaning department.

Love this condo

We have stayed at this property in the past but not this specific unit. We came back to Hilton Head Villas mostly because of the location and villa lay-out. It was just as described and pictured. The only issue we had was a blown fuse and no key to open electrical box but Michael responded quickly and came to handle the situation. This rental company has been wonderful to work with and I would recommend this unit and Premier host. We had a wonderful week with great weather many memories. We will be back!

Wonderful place for multigenerational vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely villa. The kitchen is fully stocked with baking and cooking pans. The appliance in the kitchen are state of art. The refrigerator keeps everything wonderfully cool. The dishwasher is quiet an cleans everything. The beds are very . comfortable. Four concerns:1. The rug in the living areas is slippery. We had my mother with me who is older and removed the rug from the area due to a falling hazard.2. The bathroom upstairs with just a shower, the floor is very slippery.3. The washer and dryer are older. The work fine but are loud to run.4 The place truly needs a deep cleaning. Their were cob webs on the ceilings and the floors where dirty.

Overall a great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed several times at Hilton Head Beach Villa. However, 16 could use a major deep clean. Everything was dusty, hanging off the walls in the living room. Moldy shower which I’m sure is very hard to keep clean in that environment, a little bleach would go a long way. Would have been nice to have a working ice machine, and the lack of curtains in the main living area is really needed. Not only for privacy but the unit got very warm during the day. The beds were amazing, can’t say enough about them.

Vacation Time of Hilton Head are wonderful to work with and very responsive to any concerns. Kudos to Stephanie and Jimmy! We had a plumbing issue that was handled quickly. Perfect family vacation rental on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really loved the condo location and setup. A broken faucet in second bath upstairs was replaced promptly when maintenance discovered it would not be reparable. We were able to fix breakfast daily and a few other meals with the equipped kitchen. Beach chairs stowed out back were convenient to take to the beach since we had been unable to bring our own. Loved the ocean view from the upper balcony. Easy access to beach was great for our family of two adults and three teenage boys. We loved riding our bikes down the beach and the location was perfect for that. Pillows were too hard for our comfort but bed was comfortable. Overall, condo lived up to it online presentation and we couldn't have been happier. We would return in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacation in HHI every year. This condo was nice, clean and decorated beautifully! Location was great! Very family friendly! Staff was super helpful when we had a small maintenance issue. Would be nice if some storage containers had been provided for kitchen use. The trash/recycling policy and additional charge for not bagging these items properly is frowned upon though. We've never seen this before in any other condo in HHI. Overall a great stay!

Good stay at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a great vacation spot. We had plenty of room to spread out (6 people in our family). There were a couple of issues that I thought we should not have had to deal with since we paid a lot of money to stay here. The ice machine was broke upon arrival, and when I called, I was told that maintenance would take care of it. They never did. They also wanted the garbage bagged a certain way, but did not leave the supplies to do so. When we called about that, we were told that WE could stop at the office and pick it up. I'm sorry, but when I'm paying $2500 a week, we should not have to pick up something that they were supposed to provide. It was very close to the beach, which was nice. The view of the ocean was not as clear as was described. It was located in the heart of Hilton Head, which was great. We could walk or bike most places.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Beach Villas for five years now and we absolutely love it here. It is close enough to Coligny for walks home along the beach after an evening out. Everything you need for your stay is present at the condo. This year the cleanliness was not quite up to standard, but this was reported the management company. I did get an opportunity to return to unit after we vacated as we had forgitton something and it looked and smelled really clean. The management company are wonderful and help out with any problems you may have.

Weekend trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good. Would have thought for the money spent the grounds would have been cleaned up after the tropical storm. Also, would have been nice to know that the large pipe on the beach was being worked on during the holiday weekend.
