We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy check in check out process and good communication. Clean and ready when promised. Easy walk to beach. We loved our credit with VayK Life that helped us out with bike rentals for the family which was a HUGE hit all week with the kids. Only wish there was a bigger pool but that is not a deal breaker for us. Would stay again!

Great location but dated

Convenient location, easy parking, nice layout. WiFi didn’t work well and the place did have some cleanliness issues - but the location and convenience was great!

Would stay here again!

Perfect little spot with all the necessities. Our little ones loved playing on the closed in patio! Check in and out was super easy and it’s just a short walk to the beach that we could easily do with our two 3yr olds. Pool is right there as well!

3 bedroom rental gets the job done

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice week in Hilton Head! The rental is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, which feels much longer when towing a beach cart and walking in dry sand. The unit smelled musty when we arrived but Seashore Vacations brought us an ozone generator right away when I told them about the smell. The courtyard is really nice for storing beach gear and for kids to play in.

Great Location

Location was great and Hilton Head is great. Can walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Place wasn’t as clean as I thought was expecting. Not sure if the kitchen was even swept. Place smells a little musty. Could also use some upgrading. Fridge also leaks. Overall we had a fun trip.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. A nice end unit condo with 2 stories. The unit was a little outdated and the beds could have been better. Overall the unit was exactly what we wanted. Close to the beach, playground and shopping. I would stay again without hesitation. It also came with a voucher to rent bikes which was great !

3 BR Near Beach

The unit was not clean as we would have liked. The bathroom doors were small and would not accommodate our granddaughter's wheelchair. The patio door in the family area needs some work to prevent it slipping off track. The location was great. Coligny Beach, Coligny Plaza and Plantation Cafe were all in close proximity to the unit. We had an enjoyable stay.

Photos and Description are a Thin Facade for Property's Condition

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dirty, unkempt, neglected. Food dried on a potholder. Years of filth between wall and refrigerator. Black dirt and cobwebs on ceiling vent in the kitchen. Blankets stacked on nasty carpet in downstairs bedroom. Since the bedroom on the bottom floor serves the only bath downstairs, even a folding door in the doorway should be installed. Plumbing in terrible shape (toilets flushing slowly and bathroom sinks slow to drain). Water not hot. Closet in kitchen area piled dangerously with vacuum cleaner and various beach items. I purchased a new broom and dustpan and left it behind intentionally for future guests. The nasty broom in the utility area should not be used inside on the floor. Courtyard could have been a lovely area, but has been neglected. Broken glass and empty bottles under landscaping in the front. I would not recommend this property to others unless I gave them the details I've described here. What I did like was the location of the property.

Great Place to Stay - Highly Recommend

Ideal location - short walk to beach, shops, restaurants, churches and more. Able to watch the HHI St Patrick's day parade also only a couple blocks away. Villa was clean, had everything we needed plus more. This is a end unit which was very quiet during our stay. We did have a couple issues with the internet connection being slow but usually resolved by resetting the router. Only real suggestion is a thoroughly cleaning of the 1st floor tiled floors more often as our socks were rather dirty at the end of the day. We will be back.
