Located in the forest beach area 2 1/2 blocks to the beach. This is an end unit on a cul-de-sac. This property features a brick-lined gated patio space to enjoy the outdoors. This condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a King in the master, a Queen in the second bedroom, and 2 Twins in the 3rd bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is an on-site pool and several amenities within walking distance. Coligny plaza is 1/2 mile which features shops, restaurants, and nightly activities. Forest Beach is not a gated community, and offers miles of sandy beaches and fun for all ages. Hilton Head Beach Club has remodeled this condo with a fun beach feel. The kitchen has been updated and equipped with everything you will need for your family to enjoy your beach vacation. The master bedroom is on the first floor and the 2 guest bedrooms are upstairs. This private location is perfect for relaxing, come and enjoy!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy check in check out process and good communication. Clean and ready when promised. Easy walk to beach. We loved our credit with VayK Life that helped us out with bike rentals for the family which was a HUGE hit all week with the kids. Only wish there was a bigger pool but that is not a deal breaker for us. Would stay again!

Location was great and Hilton Head is great. Can walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Place wasn’t as clean as I thought was expecting. Not sure if the kitchen was even swept. Place smells a little musty. Could also use some upgrading. Fridge also leaks. Overall we had a fun trip.

Great location

We stayed at this condo for a week and loved it!! It's a great size and has everything you would need. It's also in a perfect location near the beach, lots of restaurants, and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay - Highly Recommend

Ideal location - short walk to beach, shops, restaurants, churches and more. Able to watch the HHI St Patrick's day parade also only a couple blocks away. Villa was clean, had everything we needed plus more. This is a end unit which was very quiet during our stay. We did have a couple issues with the internet connection being slow but usually resolved by resetting the router. Only real suggestion is a thoroughly cleaning of the 1st floor tiled floors more often as our socks were rather dirty at the end of the day. We will be back.

Summer 2023 vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The space is large and the kitchen is well equipped. The condo is stocked with beach chairs and floats. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

Would stay here again!

Perfect little spot with all the necessities. Our little ones loved playing on the closed in patio! Check in and out was super easy and it’s just a short walk to the beach that we could easily do with our two 3yr olds. Pool is right there as well!

The unit was not clean as we would have liked. The bathroom doors were small and would not accommodate our granddaughter's wheelchair. The patio door in the family area needs some work to prevent it slipping off track. The location was great. Coligny Beach, Coligny Plaza and Plantation Cafe were all in close proximity to the unit. We had an enjoyable stay.

Close to the beach

A nice end unit condo with 2 stories. The unit was a little outdated and the beds could have been better. Overall the unit was exactly what we wanted. Close to the beach, playground and shopping. I would stay again without hesitation. It also came with a voucher to rent bikes which was great !

Great location

Location was the best. Walk to beach and shops. The place did need a deep clean. The outdoor patio was not usable as it was covered with leaves. The layout was very cunfortable.

The location of the property was great. It was anywhere from a 5-12 min walk from stores/ restaurant area. The pool area was nice and the pool water was warm. The villa has pretty much everything you need and whatever else you can get from the store near by. The only negatives were the WiFi didn’t really work and if you sit outside in the patio area at night you get eaten alive by mosquitos/ there were a few cockroaches. Also they informed us on Tuesday that we needed parking passes, we got them Thursday afternoon, and they told us we needed to return them Saturday. I’m not sure why they aren’t just left at the villa. Pretty inconvenient to return especially if you leave as early as we did. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Family Trip

The unit was clean & comfortable. The kitchen was functional & we were able to cook in the unit as needed. The beach wagon was a wonderful bonus. The location of the unit is an easy walk to the beach or to Coligney for restaurants. We would book this unit again.

Old and Worn Out

The unit is just old and worn out. Everything about it is very outdated. The mattresses in all three bedrooms were worn, sagged in, and extremely uncomfortable. The carpet throughout needs to be replaced. The furniture and appliances need replaced. The unit location is good. We always stay in the Coligny area for ease of walking distance to the beach, store, and restaurants. Seashore Vacations rental agency communicated well from booking throughout our stay. Although we had to drive to a rental office to check-in which is inconvenient and unnecessary. They gave us one sheet of paper with unit door code operation instructions and a door code. Should be done via email.

Great location and spacious Needs a little TLC

The condo was exactly as the pictures posted. The location to the beach and restaurants was excellent. My family of four had an amazing time biking everywhere since the condo was within minutes on a bike. We rented a bike trailer and with the cut through path to the beach it was extremely convenient. The cut through also brought us to a part of the beach that was not crowded and the wooden path made it easy to bike right to the beach. The condo is super spacious and having 3 bedrooms gave everyone their own space. The price was very reasonable for 3 bedroom. The condo itself could use a little tender loving care and a good cleaning. Our shower curtains had mold on the bottom and should be replaced. The floors and baseboards had remaining sand and dust and did not feel clean. The patio also could use a good cleaning and maintaining. The lock to the back patio is a nail that you have to wedge in just right to keep locked. It was nearly impossible so we did not use the back entrance or back patio space. The property is surrounded by large trees, so about 4 am every morning we were abruptly woken up to the high pitched chirping of birds. The owner provided a sound machine in one of the drawers but we only discovered it on our last day. Overall the price was great for such a spacious condo and the location was amazing, but it could use a few repairs and a good cleaning. Had a great time at Hilton Head Island!!
