Seascape Villa 3007-Helt ombygget og trin til strand og pool !!

Seascape 3007 er blevet fuldstændig renoveret fra top til bund, som omfatter et helt nyt køkken, renoverede badeværelser, alle nye gulve og møbler !!

Denne charmerende tre soveværelser, to bad villa er kun få minutter til stranden og et par skridt til poolen. Du vil finde stuen og spisestuen på hovedniveauet for at være ret rummelige og tilbyde helt nye møbler (2018). Glidende glasdøre ligger lige ved stuen åben til et stort dæk med udsigt over gårdspladsen og saltvandspoolen. Anden etage tilbyder to soveværelser, der deler et helt ombygget badeværelse med en bruseniche. Gæstesoveværelset består af en dobbeltseng og en fuld størrelse seng og det tredje gæstesoveværelse har en queensize seng.

Den øverste etage i denne villa er master suite med en kingsize seng, privat bad, som er blevet fuldstændig ombygget og inkluderer en kombination af bruser og badekar. Nyd de fredelige morgener på den store private balkon med udsigt over poolen.

Seascape Villas har en afslappende sub-tropisk stemning, der byder på to saltvands swimmingpools, vandrestier og en række laguner med forbinder broer.

Great location

This property was in a great location near Coligny Beach and shops. Close bicycle rental. Very clean. We had a few technical issues, but otherwise a nice stay.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo before so we had an idea what to expect. However this year it was obviously well used. It was not as clean as previously rented. The walls are marked up and master bathtub is dingy.The heating element went out on the dryer so that ment we did not have use of the washer and dryer. Jimmy found a condo we could use to wash and dry but it was so inconvenient to lug dirty laundry back and forth! Who wants to do that? Also, there were workmen trimming the palm trees everyday and all the debris ended up in the bed of my husband's truck. An unexpected souvenir!

South Forest Beach Condo

This condo is located on its own little resort with beautiful trees and foliage. Two friends and I stayed here for a wedding for 2 nights. We were very pleased with the condo, it is exactly as described and was very clean. There is ample living space for multiple adults and two full bathrooms. The dining area opens to a patio, and the pool is right outside. The master suite is the top floor, complete with king bed, full bathroom, and private patio. The second floor has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Payment and checking in were both very easy to do. Parking can be problematic; the lot is small so probably better off with fewer cars. Regardless, you MUST get a parking pass when you check in, they WILL tow you (fair warning 😎). There are all the creature comforts of home - fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, modern decorations, and tvs in every room. The digital lock means no worrying about losing keys, which was nice in case any of us got separated. Although we came to Hilton head for a wedding and spent most of our time at various events, we greatly enjoyed staying right in the condo. We even joked about leaving the reception early just to get back to it. Highly recommend this condo, I will be booking again sometime in the near future!

Filthy. Not maintained. Understocked.

The saving grace of this place was the management group that responded quickly when we had problems. When we checked in, the condo was disgusting. Sand and dirt everywhere, dead bugs, used bandaids on the floor, disgusting couch. They quickly sent another person to clean but I asked them to vacuum to ensure the dirt was picked up and not just moved around... They did not vacuum. You cannot walk around this place without shoes or your feet with be black. Truly living in filth. Other annoying things: The kitchen was understocked for a family of 6. There is a sign that says to clean the grill after each use but no tools to clean it. The starter on the grill doesn't work and there is not a lighter in the unit. We had to unload the dishwasher when we arrived. The couch cushions were all over the place. The keypad on the door operates on batteries that should be changed regularly; they weren't changed and we were locked out at 9:30pm. Someone's water bottle full of cigarette butts were left on the back porch. They need to get a handyman in here to fix a variety of things. Yuck.

Games under tv not complete sets, terrible condition. ALL PILLOWS HAD BLOOD STAINS AND SOMETHING ELSE ON THEM PLUS SMELL. Precious owners of seascape where we rented for 10+ years. Seascape is our heart, unit needs updated with amenities

Great place to stay! Conveniently located within walking distance to everything we needed. Pool steps from back deck. Great place for families even on one of the busiest weeks for summer vacations.

The only negatives were the odd stacking washer and dryer which obviously weren’t designed to be stacked. We could barely reach the dryer controls, and we’re not THAT short! Also, loud people from other units at night in the pool or on their decks a couple of nights, but other than that it was perfect!

Easter Weekend stay

Seemed like a nice clean unit when we arrived but then found a roach on my bed and on the floor in my room…still alive…really freaked me out so won’t be renting this place again.

Amazing location!!

Loved the location. Within walking distance of public beach access, Coligny park and shops. The only negatives were the beds were extremely firm and cleanliness of the floors. We all woke up in discomfort and did not get good rest. The floor of the house was very dirty. We took off our shoes as soon as we arrived as not to track in dirt and our feet became filthy. After we got back from dinner, our smoke detectors were chirping. There is only an emergency maintenance number so I called. I was told to take out the batteries but they detectors kept chirping. I bought batteries. When I checked out, I presented my receipt and described the situation. They had no problem reimbursing me. We are already looking at our dates for spring break next year to book this place again!!

Our Review

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The location of the property was great! However I am rating a 4 star because we were surprised with the stair situation… If you have little ones this is not an ideal situation! I have a 2 year old granddaughter who did fall down the stairs and it was a nightmare! Other than that the only other complaint is there is no bathroom on the first floor.

Great location

The location of this property was great. It was a short walk to the beach, close to coligny, and many other must/do places. We had a few issues with broken doors in the bathrooms, but the staff was amazing and maintenance was out immediately to get these fixed right away.

Not a nice stay

It was very disappointing! The dishwasher didn’t work and the office said they would send someone, who never appeared! The grounds are in terrible shape with prickly seed pods everywhere, black mold on the structures! No beach towels or other material! A rotten branch fell off and put a fairly large dent in the hood of my car! When I went to talk to the manager he could have cared less and said not their problem! The pool is nice and the beds are great! All in all it was very austere!

Not clean at all

We have stayed at seascape villas before and we did liked it. We decided to get a bigger unit this time and we were so very disappointed. It was not clean. There were green m&m’s in the corners of the rooms, the light bulbs were burnt out in the one bathroom and the upstairs hall. The sheets on the beds did not seem clean and the one bed actually had sand in it. The bathroom showers were dirty and disgusting. The glass doors were so dirty. We are usually not picky but we will not be renting here again.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great week at the beach-location was perfect(we have stayed at several other units in the complex in the past)We also enjoyed staying right off the pool. A little disappointed in the maintenance of the Seascape grounds/parking lot/ private path to the beach. Not as well maintained as in past years. Also our condo had some negatives... first floor and stairs very sandy when we arrived ( apparently no significant floor cleaning before we arrived) 2nd floor shower drained very slowly, 3rd floor slider not sealed/would come off track/wiggle out of place easily, wheel on one of 2nd floor beds was broken off when we arrived/old, empty pop can under bed, too. Closet door on 3rd floor not 'commected" to track in any way. Couch and throw pillows had some stains/spots on them. Lastly, the kitchen was not very well stocked--only 4 mis-matched coffee mugs, minimal decent knives. would be nice if unit had a numerical push button door lock combo-to avoid need for keys. No informational booklet or binder in unit with wi-fi password-we needed to contact rental company day after arrival for this info.
