Carolina Club - Spacious 3BR/3BA

The Carolina Club by Spinnaker is located within the tranquil community of Shipyard Plantation, amid blooming azaleas and magnolias and backing the Galleon Golf course.

THE SPACE

These quiet, secluded 3BR townhomes contain fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryer, spacious dining and living areas with entertainment centers. There are 2 bedrooms with King beds and ensuite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Each bedroom has it own TV. This is a very large unit with lots of room for your family at almost 1,700sq feet.

You can also relax outside on your private deck with golf course or lagoon views. The deck is fully furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs and a scenic view of the property and / or lagoons.

Carolina Club is well-equipped to meet the demands of every vacationer, including amenities like two on-site pools with hot tubs, clubhouse complete with ping-pong, pool table, television, kitchen facilities, a fitness center with weight training equipment, four tennis courts, a playground, grilling stations, complimentary bicycle rental, children's activities and golf privileges at Golden Bear Course.

2 Adult Bikes are included per unit for FREE.

This unit is just a short "park setting" ride from the beach, within the prestigious Shipyard Plantation. Or stroll or bike to the beach on a dedicated nature path less than 1 mile. Golf fairways surround these large well appointed vacation townhome villas.

Usage of the Fitness Center / Indoor Pool at SR Hotel available. Only $20 additional per unit for the entire week (this covers your entire groups staying in your unit so it offers a very good value). This $20 fee is payable directly to Spinnaker Resorts at Check In. Fitness Center / Indoor Pool facilities open at 6am from Mon to Fri, and includes showers / changing room.

Please note that this listing includes multiple weeks available. The photos reflect the interiors of several different units you might be assigned, depending on which specific week you book. However, these units all have the same basic floorplan (with slight differences), and the general decor and layout is reflected in the photos. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

GUEST ACCESS

Your townhouse unit will be private, but Amenities at this resort are shared with other guests (Pools, Gyms, Playground, etc).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Carolina Club is professionally managed and operated by Spinnaker Resorts. The S.R. Hotel Front Desk is staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance. They are there to help so please don’t hesitate to contact them during your stay.

- 4pm (or after) Check In for this property is at the Spinnaker Resorts S.R Hotel Front Desk, which is staffed 24/7. They will give you room keys and information packets for the week.

- Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this minimum age requirement for the primary Guest who will be checking in. Your security deposit will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room.

- Please note that once you Check In and get access to your unit, if you encounter any issues or concerns regarding Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc…please contact the Front Desk / Office IMMEDIATELY. The staff members on-site provide the best opportunity to get any concerns resolved in the fastest and most efficient manner.

- Please note that some of the photos may not be from the specific unit you will be assigned. However, they do reflect the general layout you can expect from various locations in the unit.

- You are guaranteed a 3BR/3BA (sleeps 8) unit as depicted in the photos. However, you are booking a FLOATING Unit Type. So your specific unit location and specific unit view will be determined / finalized at Check In. While you will most likely be assigned a Townhouse unit, it is also possible you may get placed in a standalone 3BR/3BA cottage. Please note that I can make a request for you but I don’t have absolute control over what unit you may get assigned. You may also call the Front Desk ahead of time and request a certain unit location. Although you can never be guaranteed a specific location the Front Desk will usually try to accommodate requests if they can.

- Two FREE parking passes are included with this unit. If you need a parking pass for an additional vehicle you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk for an additional fee.

- Two FREE Bikes are provided with this unit. The keys for the bike locks are inside the laundry room located in your unit.

- Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided, as are bath towels. If you need additional items or want fresh bedding linens or towels during your stay, please contact the Front Desk. Although bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, you may want to bring some of your own if you have a favorite pillow or blanket.

- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofa during your stay, I do personally recommend (if possible) bringing sheets, blankets, pillows, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed.

- If your family owns and likes larger Beach Towels, I recommend bringing them, along with any other Beach Blankets / Chairs / Umbrellas / Equipment you want at the beach. If you don’t bring your own Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Equipment, etc you can rent them at several rental companies nearby.

- Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, shampoos, etc are all provided. If you need more during your stay you can contact the Front Desk and they can provide them.

- Utensils, Dishes, and some basic Pots and Pans are provided. If something appears to be missing, you can contact the Front Desk and possibly get it dropped off (if they have it). However, if you plan on cooking a lot of meals inside your unit, or plan any special dishes, I do recommend bringing your favorite Large Frying pan (or Large Sauté Pan, Wok, Crockpot, etc, etc) for cooking. This way you will have something you are comfortable using and you will know exactly how things will cook in it. You may also want to bring your favorite Kitchen knife(s) for food prep.

- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However, there is a Washer / Dryer conveniently located inside your unit for your personal use. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay, it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the resort Front Desk.

- You will see wildlife native to South Carolina, including occasional glimpses of alligators that may be lounging in the lagoon areas. So please DO NOT attempt to swim in the lagoons.
