This adorable three bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has coastal charm throughout. New vinyl-plank style flooring in the bedrooms, while the main living area has traditional tile. Open floor plan and plenty of seating for dining and socializing!

The first bedroom is to the right of the entrance and has a queen bed and 32” TV. In the hall is a stackable washer and dryer. There is a bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo that can be accessed from the hall. Bedroom #2 has one double bed and one twin bed with a 40” TV. The master suite has a king bed, accent chair and 55” TV. It also has a private bathroom, recently updated, with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove. There is seating for four at the counter to enjoy a meal or snack. The dining room has a very nice wood table that seats six with gray leather chairs. In the living room there is a sofa, love seat, two chairs and a 65” TV.

From either the living room or dining room access the outdoor patio which is equipped with a Char-Broil grill, shower for hosing off beach chairs, toys and feet and two rocking chairs to enjoy the tranquil views.

Bluff Villas are in the South Beach area at the very tip of Sea Pines Plantation. Here, guests are only a two-minute walk from the beach. You'll also enjoy lovely views of Braddock Cove and the Calibogue Sound.

Villa was extremely clean and spacious. The only complaint we had was that the window next to the front door is not covered at all, so anyone could see in. We were able to cover it with some papers and Walmart bags, so we were okay.

Great Trip!

The check-in process was GREAT! They were extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with. The condo was very clean and well-appointed. The location is very close to the beach and an easy walk. We also loved the area. Sea Pines has a lot to offer and is a beautiful place to stay.

Perfect for our needs

Planned trip mainly for golf but wanted other things to do as well. Beach was right across the street. Villa was right beside South Beach Marina, dining, and shopping. Clean, spacious, and well-equipped.

Great vacation spot

I love South Beach and we were excited to find a rental in proximity to the beach and amenities. Pros-The condo was well appointed, updated, equipped, and almost great in cleanliness. It’s a great location with a short distance from patio walkout to beach, shops, food, and music. Property management was very responsive. Cons- we had a middle blanket on the bed that was visibly dirty. We awoke to a terrible high pitch continuous noise, called and got voicemail, left for beach and it was still continuing on return. We called twice and on 2nd try got through. Although the lady on the phone did not seem impressed or concerned, she did notify the property manager who showed up shortly after and took care of the construction noise immediately. If your sensitive or allergic to smoke this unit is not for you! The neighboring unit must contain chain smokers. The stale smell of cigarette smoke is overwhelming in the corridor and seeps through to the kitchen in the unit. I’m thankful we were gone or outside most the time. But it is very unpleasant odor inside and in the hallway.

Great week in Sea Pines! Perfect location to the shops and beach ( my 3 teens loved it), and property manager was very responsive. Highly recommend!

The property was older but newly remodeled. It was nicely decorated and accommodating.

The rental property management company was called Beach Properties. They were not helpful with information about the unit. They knew nothing about the property they were managing. Plus, I called to ask about the amenities and the first person knew nothing about it and said I’ll have the manager call me back. They never did call. We enjoyed the property but the property management were not helpful.

All you need

Right across from the beach and on the ground floor, this is the perfect spot. Super short walk to the beach and the Salty Dog area, bike path steps away. Perfect! Place was not cleaned well before our arrival, but manager was apologetic and understanding. They called us several times during the week to check in. Great customer service.

Great Location!

Location was perfect - less than 2 Minute walk to bike rentals, tennis, food, drinks, and beach! Twins beds were pretty uncomfortable (according to the teens) and there was no Keurig, but everything else was fabulous! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!
