1415 South Beach Villa is a cozy 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines that boasts spectacular panoramic views of the ocean. This spacious villa has all new flooring throughout, large windows that offer fabulous views of lush tropical landscaping, tall pine trees, and a dramatic view of the water from the living room, dining room, kitchen, Carolina Room, and all four bedrooms. Welcome to Paradise! Upon entering the condo, guests are greeted with hardwood floors that lead throughout the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Well-appointed with a tropical flair, 1415 South Beach Villa has a soothing color scheme. The spacious living room has a leather couch, 2 swivel armchairs, and a 55" Ultra Smart TV. Refreshing light yellow walls create an uplifting environment. A sliding glass door leads to an elevated deck with a gas grill, metal table, and 4 tall swivel chairs. Start your day with a good cup of coffee and watch a beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean.

The updated kitchen is to the right of the front entrance and offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and double sinks. A wonderful breakfast bar with 4 cushioned chairs is great for breakfast or a quick snack mid-afternoon. The dining room, which is adjacent to both the kitchen and the living area, has a wood rectangle table, 8 high-back chairs and a decorative chandelier. Just beyond this room is a glassed-in Carolina Room with an olive suede sleeper sofa for additional guests and two swivel armchairs. Nicely tiled, there is a ceiling fan to keep you cool in the summer. Curl up with a good novel or just enjoy the scenery. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a king bed with a wrought-iron headboard and a 32" Samsung Smart TV. The bedroom is unique as it has windows on both sides of the room. Experience the joy of the gorgeous wooded view and let the ocean waves lull you to sleep at night! A hall bath, which is shared by this bedroom and the main living area, has a granite counter and shower only.

Upstairs are three more bedrooms. To the right of the stairwell is an adorable room with 2 twin beds with pink and green quilted comforters, a bamboo cushioned chair, and a 43" Samsung Smart TV. Kids can sit on the benches by the 2 windows and watch the dolphins in the surf! A hall bath, to be shared by 2 bedrooms, has a granite counter and shower only. From the left of the stairs are the 2 remaining bedrooms. The tastefully decorated master suite has a king bed with a wooden headboard, navy armchair, and a 43" Samsung Smart TV. Soft lemon-yellow walls make the room light and airy. Lie in bed with the ocean in the background while you watch your favorite TV program. Or better yet, relax on your own private balcony! Sunbathe during the day while sipping a cold glass of lemonade, then take in a magnificent sunset in the evening. Trees surrounding the property lend a bit of privacy, yet you see plenty of ocean! The private bath provides granite counters with double sinks and a combination tub/shower. The final bedroom has 2 twin beds, a desk, navy armchair, and lots of paperback books to read. There is a small walk-in closet, 32" Samsung Smart, and a breath-taking view of the yard and the water.

There’s nothing better than being close to the beach! After a one minute stroll through the nice grass backyard, guests walk up 10 steps to an octagonal observation deck lined with benches. An outdoor shower is nearby. A sandy path through the dunes leads to the Atlantic Ocean.1415 South Beach Villa, with its upscale interior, sweeping views of the ocean, and proximity to South Beach Marina, will be the perfect condo for your next family vacation.

Christmas in Hilton Head

The construction next door was constant and all day. This should have been disclosed on the listing. The Wi-Fi continuously dropped and worked about half the time. The ice maker clogs in the door. There is no other option for ice. The light switches by the Carolina room were bare. We were concerned about getting electrocuted. The bed linens were as stiff as cardboard
